I dislike that they were rude, unprofessional, did not answer the phone when they were late, and they lost my unit. It came on June 1st, but was delivered on June 5th. They did not find or pick up my unit until June 15th. They stated that they had my unit, and scheduled my appointment on 6/20. They called on 6/20 and stated that they did not have my unit, but thought they did. After fighting with my home owners warranty to send someone else out here. They said that they could not, and finally located my unit on 6/23. The company came out on 6/24 to install my unit and stated that it was not the right size, and that I gave them the wrong size for my house. A new unit had to be purchased by the installer personally, and it was installed on 6/27. It was the absolute worst service in the world. The unit worked. It works fine and it's a brand new unit. I'm happy with that. The hottest months of the year I was without AC and it was miserable. I would recommend them to find another business.

Dwayne installed an inside and outside AC/Heating unit for me which never really worked properly from the time he installed. From July 16th of this year to now my AC/heating has not worked. When he came to my house to so call repair my unit, he was always several hours late and/or he had a female with him sitting in his van waiting for him. Dwayne provided poor customer service and I had to hire another company to repair the units he installed. The other company found the problem in 30 minutes and charged me $416 to find the leak and another $1300 to fix it.

Awesome. I called one of the big providers here on Angies list. They came out, checked a few things and said I needed a new unit - for about $5,000. I told them I had a replacement unit installed in the garage that I didn't need - I asked them how much it would cost to install. They said $2,500. Then I found D ROB HEATING and COOLING. Dwayne came out and diagnosed the problem in - I swear - thirty seconds: bad capacitor. Fixed it in ten minutes. Then he looked at my garage unit (wasn't working either) - bad fuse.
Took him less time to fix both ACs than it took the other CO to put me through a sales picth. I kid you not.

This guy is awesome! Quoted me half the price of the major HVAC guys and the work has been flawless (2 years now). 2 x 2ton Heat Pumps, one upstairs and one downstairs. he put a 15 seer upstairs and a 13 seer unit downstairs. Both units have performed exceptionally well. He also added all the vents downstairs as there were none in place. This guy is a one-man band and works at a firehouse so you have to work around his schedule there, but the work is excellent and the price is even better!

Arrived at 10am, talked about the problem. discussed the possible solutions. decided on a course of action and went with it. all took less than an hour.

He has worked for me for several years. His price was reasonable. I like him a lot.

I had a heat pump compressor fail on a system that was about 15 years old. After receiving several estimates for a complete system replacement, I decided to buy a system off of the internet and work with a local installer. Duane went above and beyond by coming to my house and working with me to size the system and make sure I ordered everything I needed. He was even able to work with his local supplier to find me a cheaper price. Once the system arrived Duane was quick to come over and completed the install in about a day and a half. It likely would have been a day, but we needed to move an air return a bit higher to accommodate the new system. Thanks to Duane and the Internet, I was able to get a much more efficient system at half the price than all of the big name local companies were quoting. After several months of solid A/C and a couple weeks of great heat...I'm very happy with my decision. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. I will definitely work with Duane in the future.

I had Godbay (Horrible) come out. they quoted me 1500 for the same job. they also said i need to replaced the entire unit. compressor and all. Also had Airtron come out and gave me a quote for 1200 for the same repair. D Rob did it for 525. D Rob is a firefighter and when he is not at the firehouse, he does Heating and Cooling repairs. He is amazing. could not ask for a nicer, better guy. even called on Saturday to make sure the water was hot and the ac was blowing cold. do not do any work without a quote from him.

He removed the old equipment and installed a new Goodman furnace and AC. While he was here, I asked if he would install the new water heater my husband had bought and never put in. He did so cheerfully and only charged $40 extra for his trouble. The whole job was done promptly and neatly and I noted a distinct savings on gas usage this past winter. I would certainly recommend Mr. Robinson to anyone who wants good work at a fair price.

It is a very good business. He comes back whenever I call him.
