Perfectly. Came a day early because leak got worse and I called to see if they could fit me in. Was careful with house and left no mess. Shawn did the work alone and was very competent and professional.

Returned my call right away and came out same afternoon to evaluate my old softener. Scott Cooper was very polite, prompt and informative. Explained how job would be done and total cost. Was not pushy about additional water treatment & filtration options. Installer arrived very late for appointment to install, but called to let me know approximate time of arrival. Plumbing wasn't done according to Mr. Cooper's original explanation, but installer seemed to know what he was talking about and explained why plumbing was installed differently. Work completed quickly and old softener hauled away. Overall a pleasant experience.

Dale also installed new shower fixtures. He firmly attached the pipes to the inner wall in a very neat manner; this has been a problem with us for several years, and I am glad that it is solved. He is very trustworthy.

THEY HAULED THE OLD STUFF OUT TO THE CURB AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING NICELY. DALE BACKS UP HIS WORK. HE IS FORGETFUL SOMETIMES. YOU MAY HAVE TO CALL HIM. HE IS VERY BUSY.
