Dan Davis of D-Excellent has been invaluable in completing a residential rehab project. Dan has over thirty years of experience in home construction and repair which was extremely helpful as this project required multiple skills for completion. When Dan began the project the home had been gutted down to the frame, leaving only the windows, exterior siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing and mechanicals in place. Dan was able to make the best choices for the selection of materials and his workmanship and problem solving skills are excellent. The project is nearly completed now and I could not have done this job without Dan's assistance. Dan is punctual when arriving to the jobsite and extremely courteous when dealing with family members and neighbors.
