I called to schedule an appt. for the Big Deal I had purchased and he said he would call me back due to personal problems......  I waited and never heard back, so I called again....and again....and again....and again..... and no one ever called me back.  Luckily I was able to get my money back from the wonderful folks at Angie's List, but I would definitely NOT recommend this company!

In a nut shell, Donald Yates did not finish the project, but took our money. He did not have the resources nor the "carpenter know how" to tackle such a project. Donald Yates should have never agreed to take the job. After removing the plaster in the house and receiving almost 100% of his money for the job Donald Yates would not show up to work for several days and when he did show up, work wasn't completed. He finally quit showing up completely and we were not able to contact him by phone. It wasn't until we changed the locks on our door (as he had a house key) with all his tools inside did he finally call us back. I honestly feel like he would not had called us back had his tools not been locked in our house. He also left a large dumpster full of garbage at the house. My husband and I talked to Donald when he came to get his tools and agreed on a settlement, however, he did not hold up his end of the deal. We are in the process of pursuing legal action against him.

The proposal stated he would remove old and installed new. It would take 2-3 days, and trash removal would be included. I have a massive amount of trash left in my backyard. I have made numerous attempts to get him to come out. He called and said he would be coming out to repair a flood light they took out. He did not come out. They also knocked out my satellite. I have to have another company come out to fix it.
