It couldn't have been any better. Randy showed up in a timely fashion for our quote and he walked each room and explained his course of action. He provided us with a quote and was able to start with our schedule and completed the project in the 3 days he quoted. He and his assistant were very punctual each morning and cleaned up after each day. I would highly recommend this company to do your work for you. He even fixed my attic drop down stairs. Very talented individual.

Now, that I've told you the end of the story - let me begin at the beginning. At first, one of Mr. Jones' employees attempted to clean my carpets. In fact, that's all we actually hired him to do. However, when I expressed to Randy Jones, the owner, that I was unhappy with the finished product, he made it his  MISSION to make me happy! He said his customers are his priority and he literally couldn't sleep knowing I wasn't completely satisfied. (It's true - I could tell by the time stamp on the email.)
The next day, he was at our door and not only offered to re-do the job at no cost, he cleaned our hardwoods and tile at no additional charge. In fact, he spent days literally scrubbing and buffing my floors and refused to even accept gas money! 
Service providers like this are a rare find. Of course, we all know sometimes employees might drop the ball, but when an owner more than backs up his service agreement - I'm definitely impressed. Yes, it took a few days to get through the entire project, but that was because Mr. Jones and his assistant literally "detailed" my entire home! He far exceeded my expectations, and I'm incredibly grateful - my home looks like a showplace now.

If you are looking for a top notch carpet cleaner, call Randy Jones. If you want your tile or hardwoods cleaned - call Mr. Jones. If you want your air ducts cleaned out - yep, he can do that too! 
My only warning to you - expect a man who is detailed and driven to please. He's intense about his work and his customers, and I'm grateful to find this gem. I highly recommend D&J and hope you experience the same "Mr. Clean" feeling I now have when I look at my home. Thanks Randy!

We have a new home that needed grout sealer applied in all tiled areas. Despite calling him at the last minute, Randy was able to fit us into his schedule and did a great job. We'd planned to tackle this project ourselves, but ran out of time and are thankful for Randy tackling it for us! We will definitely contact him in the future for any other projects we need assistance with.

Went great. Carpet looks very nice and we had quite a few stains.  Randy explained all that he did and was veyr nice.

He did a nice job.  We would use them again.

It all went fine although I was at work. They were professional.

They were fine.  They did not charge me more than the $89 big deal.   I will use them again in the future if I need to.

It took a long time to do the work but they did the work all within the price range.  We had the painter in the house for at least 3 days straight and they did not increase the price.  They just do the work so that was good.

They painted two coats. They were overloaded with work so this put the work off until we had some warm days.  We did need to reschedule a couple times because they were over-committed to other jobs.  They did a fine job and the price was reasonable.

It took like four times before the guy actually showed up. I took off time from work to meet this guy and he was just a no show. The work once he got here was fine, but just getting him there, he said he was bombarded with the "Big Deals" and he was unable to keep up with it. I would probably not use them again.

I am going to bring him back later on.  He did wonderful work on our grout earlier and meanwhile he had cleaned up a huge coffee spot we had, my husband put the coffee mug by the bedside on my carpet.  Of course our carpet is a little worn, but he was completely reputable and he did what could be done on it.  I would highly recommend him for either thing.  I am very happy.  We will hire him to clean up the grout after this winter. He kind of goes the extra mile. He's prompt, he's professional.  If something is damaged he looks to see what can be done to fix it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job, they handled things well, and they did as expected. There was no extra cost. I've never had any trouble.

Randy did a great job. I am going to use him in the future for replacing my front door and that will be a larger job.

The work done was fantastic and very affordable. The D & J work crews were always showed up right on time as scheduled. The work was done on time and finished on schedule. And, they always accommodated our schedules. The grout cleaning and repair was outstanding. The painting was perfect. The house looked better than a show home when they completed the job. The crews worked fast with no inconveniences or mess for us. Randy supervised all the work and was constantly in contact with us regarding every aspect of the project right down to the smallest detail. I was particularly impressed with how the crews would fix minor things, that we didn't notice, without charging extra. I had the feeling that Randy and his workers were our friends more than contracted workers. They were very considerate of our opinions and carried out the work accordingly. It seemed like they were doing the work home as if it were their own. There was just an element of trust and affordability with D & J that was very impressive and hard to find anymore. I will definitely call D & J for any project or problem I have at my home or business in future. I highly recommended D & J!
