Surprise! They answer their phones and call back immediately. They arranged to pick up my mover and pressure washer the next day and call with the estimate. Every place I called said the pressure washer couldn't be fixed. They called the next day with the estimate for both and explained what needed to be repaired. For $125.00 a piece they fixed them and brought them back in 2 days. The pick up/delivery charge was $35.00 total. They are located on the south side too. But, other places closer than them on this side of town wanted $700.00. I encourage you to recommend them. They are really efficient, good workers and very nice people.

Ok. Work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. Chainsaw eventually started acting the same way again.

DURING INITIAL REPAIR A GAS LINE WAS DAMAGED CAUSING TWO GAS LEAKS. IN ADDITION THE UNIT WAS STILL RUNNING POORLY. THIS CAUSED A RETURN TO THE SHOP. GAS LINES REPLACED AT NO CHARGE. WHEN I TRIED TO USE THE TRIMMER IT STILL WOULDN'T RUN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN I TOOK IT IN THE FIRST TIME. I HAD TO MAKE A THIRD TRIP TO THE SHOP. I OBSERVED THE MECHANIC MAKING CARB ADJUSTMENTS THAT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM (I SUSPECT THIS IS ALL THAT WAS WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE).

THEY MADE SEVERAL PROMISES THAT THEY DIDN'T FUFILL. THE WORK TOOK LONGER THAN THEY SAID, THEY DIDN'T CALL ME WHEN IT WAS DONE AND THEY DID WORK THAT I ASKED THEM NOT TO DO. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM.
