Repair job was shoddy. Cleaning was non-existent. Didn't get any stains out. Had a second company come out right afterward who indicated the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a long while despite CTM "cleaning" them.

Found this company on Home Adviser. Asked if they cleaned carpets with steam extraction and was told yes. Showed up with a carpet washer that used hot tap water. Not what I requested and not what I was paying for. The Carpet Stretching didn't go very well as they cut the carpet at the wall but the carpet couldn't be stretched to cover the cut. Had them do the carpets anyway and they did a very poor job. I would not hire them again.

I had used Charles and Tondra in the past, as had a friend of mine. They were scheduled to steam clean carpet on upper level of home as well as area rug. Once they were here, we agreed to have them clean the upholstery as well. I have several antique dressers, a cedar chest, and another oak chest, all which were moved in order to clean the carpets. I specifically asked Charles if he would place plastic squares/guards under the legs of the furniture to prevent staining of the carpet as it was wet. Both he and Tondra reported that "we didnt use that much water...they're not that wet...won't be a problem." Charles then stated that if there was a problem that he would come back later and "take care of you...make it right." I again was puzzled why they wouldnt just take this simple measure of placing the plastic squares, as most all carpet cleaners to... to ensure the carpet wouldnt be stained. I even paid them $25 more than the total charge, as a tip! Of course, the next am, I noticed that there were multiple (7-8) areas where the carpet was stained...either rust from the antique wheels on the dresser, or some bleeding from the cedar wood of the cedar chest legs. I called Tondra that afternoon, and asked her to please contact me to set an appt to come back and make things right. No response. I texted her the following day, no response. I spent much time and effort cleaning these stains myself. I should NOT have to clean up their mess! I am going to stop payment on the check and reissue a check for a lesser amount and certainly take away the tip I gave them. I find their lack of returning phone calls and texts highly unprofessional and disappointing. They are not accountable for the damage they did. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! There are plenty of competitors out there to chose from when it comes to carpet cleaning.

Charles and Tanya are great.  I think they are like a team.  I trust them, and I could even leave my house with them.  They have great service and great personality.  They follow-up, and they clean up their mess.  They did a great job.  I will not use anybody else.

CTM told us the job would probably take 4 days, or maybe a little longer. Our impression was maybe a week, or a week and a half at most. We started out very patient because we wanted the job done thoroughly, but it took CTM a full 4 weeks from initial contact to job ?completion.? We were routinely told we had to wait while other customers were serviced. We were unable to move into our new house during this time, and we feel we may have missed opportunities to sell our current house because we had to show it while we were still living in it. We heard complaints about the gas they had to use to drive to our location, and that they weren't making any money on our project. The job was not completed as stated in the contract. In addition, some areas were damaged and left unrepaired. CTM says they did everything they said they would do, but we have evidence to prove otherwise. We remained professional when we said we didn't want to pay full price for work we found unsatisfactory, but rather than discuss a settlement maturely, CTM immediately started dropping thinly veiled threats, and issued an ultimatum: "Pay us or else!"
