Called David Hazen for service on 2/3/11. Subcontractor Harold Crowe came the next day and provided estimate of $750. Paid half up front. At the time, the whole city was blanketed in two inches of ice so I don't blame them for not wanting to go up on the roof. When conditions were safe (about two weeks later), fascia board was reinstalled, but in order to install gutter, needed a metal wedge. So far, so good. But then... after several weeks, I called to inquire about the status and apparently the part had arrived but somehow the service was never scheduled. To make it up to me, he offered to finish the job at no charge. It took a couple extra weeks and a few more phone calls, but the team eventually came by and finished the job on 4/6/11.
