Did a great job. He came ot my house.

They did an excellent job. Also, there was a part in my car's motor that wasn't properly installed,. They were able to come back out & took it out. They got the part they needed and fixed it up perfectly. I'd used them again.

I think the job as a whole was good. The man was prompt, the price was good, and they were very nice. When I noticed the issue they came out right away and fixed it.

I called and got estimates from 3 different companies and Crossroads was the least expensive, in one case by over $100! Crossroads was able to put the windshield in for me for less than my insurance was going to charge me for my deductible. I called on Friday and they were able to get me in on Monday. I called and the gentleman that answered was polite and willing to work with my schedule. They came to my work, called me when they arrived and arrived when they said they would. Both of the guys were very polite and I felt comfortable leaving them with my car and belongings. They replaced the windshield and Everything looks great! It was very quick. I will use them again if I need them. Great price, very accomdating, and friendly.

Every thing that applies to this went great as stated above.

Jim was incredibly prompt & friendly. I had called at around 9 & then called to see if it would be better to go through insurance, or just pay out of pocket. Crossroads was cheaper, so I called at around 10 am. He was there by about 12:30 and I had my car ready to drive by before 1:30. He made sure the window was working properly before he'd go. He was fast, friendly, professional & made a really bad day less awful. I hope I never have to get another window replaced, but if I do I will undoubtedly call him to replace it.
