He said he and his team (3 people total) would show up at 8:30am on the day of the move and they actually showed up 15 minutes early, which was super wonderful for people like myself anxious to get going. The 3-person crew wrapped each piece of furniture in blankets, bubble wrap, and tape and then moved everything down 2 flights of stairs without a word of complaint, packed it into the truck and then made their long distance drive to TX and moved everything into our new place in a crazy fast fashion. They definitely took the time to wrap everything up really well and thus no scratches but they were extremely efficient and thus avoided overcharges based on time. Cross country movers is highly recommended in my book. James himself was the leader of the group, and really is a great business representative. Walked through our new place after the move and made sure the bathroom they had used was clean and that every last piece of moving tape had been picked up. As others stated, never want to look forward to a move, but when it happens, would definitely use again and would highly recommend cross country movers to friends and family.
