The doctor and staff are amazing! We took our 5 year old pug in because she was mopey, tired, frequent urination but almost nothing coming out and she would Barry eat. The doctor found out right away what was wrong and performed surgery. There were no complications and she was back to her normal happy self within no time! We were very grateful! They worked with us on payments for the surgery and we were so appreciative! We would definitely recommend them to anyone! I am not sure of the exact date of surgery since it was a while ago.

Dr. Pugan's staff is very professional and caring.  On our first visit on 7/3/2015 I took my cat Cleo to the animal hospital as she was losing weight and not eating.  I thought I might have to put her down.  After Dr. Pugan examined Cleo he ordered lab tests for her thyroid and to see if she was diabetic.  During the visit on 7/3/2015 they did the lab test, gave IV fluids, a shot of B12 to stimulate her appetite, and an antibiotic shot for a possible infection.  Dr. Pugan spent over an hour with us on our first visit and never rushed us through the appointment and asked if we had any questions when explaining what he thought might be making my cat not feel well.  The evening of 7/3/2015 Dr. Pugan called me with the test results which had come back so far and all was leaning to Hyperthyroidism.  He stayed late after office hours on 7/3/15 so I could drive back to his office to obtain a transdermal medicine to start Cleo on immediately.  I thought it was really sweet when he called me with the test results and asked if "Cleo was home" instead of asking for me first.  On 8/2/2015 I took Cleo to Dr. Pugan's animal hospital for a follow up T4 blood test and the staff was just as professional and caring as they were on my first visit.  I am glad I have found a vet that I can trust with my pets life.  I will continue to use Crestview Animal Hospital for all of my veterinary needs.

The people are wonderful and you could tell that they love animals. Dr. Gagan is a really nice doctor. They worked with my schedule.

He is a great vet. He is very knowledgeable and he is extremely considerate. I have taken three dogs to him and I have gone to Dr. Pagan for 11 years. They are fantastic as they were able to get my dog in immediately and the doctor made sure he got everything during surgery. They work with you in billing if you need extra time to pay. The staff is extremely nice as well.

He is wonderful, totally competent, and has good bedside manner. He is there for you and the animals. The other vet in there is Dr. Hart and he may have done this time with the surgery on our cat, but it wouldn't matter. The rest of the staff is highly knowledgeable and people-and-pet friendly. The office is great. Everything is clean and it's not a huge facility so you don't get lost, and we've never complained or concerned about anything there.

They've always treated us and our dogs fairly. This is our third dog. Whenever we need them, they seem to do a nice job. The veterinarian's demeanor was good. She has a good rapport with our dog and us, too. It was very clean. I didn't walk in the door and smell every dog that's been there and the issue they were having. I'm sure the dog did.

Crestview Animal Hospital is wonderful. They have taken care of all our small animals for quite a while. There are two or three vets and they are all very good with animals. They are moderately expensive.

Dr. Hart and the office staff are just fantastic. I have bigger dogs and I am used to people being a little timid of them. However, Dr Hart and his staff were great with them! They were warm, friendly, and showed that they really enjoy working with animals. Dr. hart is very knowledgeable and great with animals himself. He is a great vet and I would highly recommend going to Crestview for anything you may need!.

My dog was treated, by Crestview animal clinic, following a bad experience at a kennel where my dog sustained a foot injury. It was determined by Dr. Pagan that my dog had a serious foot infection and a temperature of 106.5. He treated her infection, stabilized her injury, and helped bring her temperature down. Surgery was required on her foot due to the severity of the injury. Once the surgery was performed I then had to follow up with the veterinary clinic every 3-5 days for bandage rewrappings. I have been extremely happy with Crestview. Dr. Pagan followed up with me personally on several occassions, including a Saturday when he wasn't scheduled to work. My dog has seen every vet at the clinic, and I'm happy with not only them but every staff member there. They have shown professionalism and compassion and their prices are reasonable. I can tell that they truely care about their patients and enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care at an affordable price.

I have used Crestiview Animal Hospital since 1999. I have seen all the vets there and they are all very caring and professional. Dr. Paul Hart has been my primary vet for about 10 yrs. I can't say enough good things about all the vets and staff. I recommend Crestview Animal Hospital and I will continue to use them as long as I have a pet.

We had been "dogless" for about 10 yrs. and returned to Crestview and Dr. Pagan with a new rescue dog. After picking up the dog and recognizing signs of ear problems the first night, I called Crestview and was able to get a same day appointment to replace the appointment already set up for the following week. Dr. Pagan was wonderful with Maggie and his approach showed his great "way" with animals. He spent plenty of time giving her a checkup, examining her ears, reviewing her records, making recommendations, answering my questions and offering training tips. When asked about costs of items on treatment plan he recommended, he provided a print out which listed the various items and charges (including ranges where necessary when a flat fee was not possible). His staff seemed friendly and caring in person, and phone contacts have shown them to be responsive and timely in getting back with test results. Although there are quite a few (and I'm sure very capable) vets geographically closer to me than Dr. Pagan, this new experience with him made me very happy I followed my inclination to return to his practice and the excellent care I remembered receiving for my previously much-loved pet.

Excellent clinic have used their services for many many years. Dr. Pagan is a very caring and competent Doctor. Staff is very helpful and informative. Will continue to use their services well into the future or as we have pets!

We took our beautiful dog to Crestview from time we got him from the shelter until we had him put to sleep, he was 12yrs and our sweet buddy, I still miss Bear.
Dr. Pagon is great, we trust him and he really loves dogs and cats, he treats them well, never hurts them , give shots that seem to be painless. We even boarded Bear there, He was an 60lb dog, we did that because we trust them.

Dr. Hart is wonderful with Kiko, as well as our other dogs. We also see Dr. Pagan for our regular visits. Both of the Drs. are professional and you can tell they truly care about animals. Dr. Pagan called me on a Friday night at 8pm to let me know the results of Kiko's stool test. At 8pm on a Friday night! I would not take my dogs to any other clinic. The staff and Drs. at Crestview are amazing and we know we are getting the best care when we take our dogs there.

I don't think that they have a big enough area for long term boarding. I've never had any problems with them though. The price varies depending on what you have done.
