The work done on 6/25/2012 did not last. In the spring of 2013, all of the grout replaced, cracked and broke out of the tile joints. Gary Bryant, owner, replaced the grout at that time. He warrants his work for 10 years. This spring, 2014, the grout once again busted out of the tile joints. When contacting Gary in April, he indicated it mat take a while to get to it, but he would call to set a time. Since I didn't hear from him for some time, I again attempted to contact him, which is always thru voice mail. He finally returned my call and said he would call me the next Monday to schedule the work. I have never heard from him again, although I have requested him to call me many times. At this point, I'm not sure I will ever hear from him again and will have to find someone else to repair my entryway.
