"Warning::: Dishonesty Alert!! If you're going to take the time to create a fake report, atleast get your lie'[Member Information Removed] straight! This customer obviously incriminated himself with this Totally Dishonest and Repulsive review. Shame! Customer purchased a $29 Consultation Online Deal from us. We reached out to [Member Name Removed] several times via phone and email attempting to make an appointment as we do with ALL of our customers who purchase online offers. [Member Name Removed] stated, "no option of texting or calling!" Our phone number is listed on the same Angies List site that he found us on, so we find it strange that he didn't have our number nor was able to "RETURN" our phone calls. Once he Finally responds through email, we assumed that this was the best method to reach him. A week prior to the Set appt time, he emails and says he didn't remember the date we originally set, and would it be possible for us to create a new date, in which we did per his request. We drive to the home; after 15min of calling, knocking, and no answer, we began to drive away, after which the tenant occupying the residence finally comes out. We didn't know that this was a rental and that [Member Name Removed] himself did not live here, nor would be here. They were as clueless as to who we were and what was going on as were we. We continued to call [Member Name Removed], but no answer. After 30min passed, we left! [Member Name Removed] stated, "he arrived late!" IF this is true it would've had to been atleast 30min late, in which I would think the average individual would atleast call us to let us know. [Member Name Removed] stated "he lives a good distance from this property!" This home is a Great distance for us too, and is also outside of our normal service area, but we came! We attempted to contact [Member Name Removed] several times that same day to reschedule as well as LEFT MESSAGES ON HIS VOICEMAIL. 2-weeks of No response we assume [Member Name Removed] did not need our services. [Member Name Removed] stated, "there'[Member Information Removed] $29 he will never get back!" Angies List will return any customers money when they request it back due to non-service. If [Member Name Removed] would've "atleast Attempted" to contact us due to his disappointment, we would refund him $29 Personally, even though WE ACTUALLY did our part by Showing Up! So here we are "10-Months" to the date of all of this, and he leaves us an F - Review? Extremely Dissappointing, Dishonest and Unfair!!! I guess it takes some people almost 1-Year to think of false story to create. Since we are running a business here and are Often very busy, it is an inconvenience for us to chase customers who AVOID us for extended periods of time. Moral of the story is, he was a No-Call No-Show No-Answer & No-Response. So how is this our fault again? Shame! I guess you can't win them all and the Bad Reviews are Inevitable Regardless of us being a Honest Contractor providing Fair True and Honest Services! We are Extremely Dissappointed with this customer and false review!"
