Chad Prior was working on a house across the street who referred him to me.  They were very pleased with the work that he had done and this also gave me the opportunity to see the quality of the work. I was more than satisfied with the work performed and hired him to first of all paint the house.  I was very happy with the house painting and before he was finished I had him quote the deck, barn and flower bed timbers.  The price was more than fair and he started working on those particular parts of the job.  I had a stack of tree trimmings piled up to have hauled away and he asked me if I wanted him to get rid of those for me.  Of course I said yes and then asked him if he could trim some additional tree limbs that I was not able to get to and he did that for me also.
I have hired several company's in the past to perform several types of services and Chad is by far the best.  Professional, very helpful and pricing was spot on.  No additional fee's over what was quoted which has been a major problem in the past. I am amazed at his willingness to do things other than painting.  At least the additional things I asked him to do for me. I give him and his team of helpers an AAA+ and will certainly call on him in the future.
