Countertop Connections

It went quite smoothly. Rocky Caudill (owner) came out and measured and provided a rough estimate because we had not yet made a selection. We drove out to their business in Franklin to see as many samples as possible and they were generous sending samples home with us and even dropped some off. Rocky explained how one-way grain patterns worked at corners, etc., which I had not thought of previously. It took about three weeks for the Corian countertops to be ready and they were installed quickly and the measurements were perfect I gave a "B" on price because there were fees I had not expected - $60 for the estimate and measuring (which I, apparently incorrectly, assumed were free, especially since we had ordered from them); $120 to tear out the old countertops, which I would have expected to be included in the price, and they would not unhook the sink plumbing, and we had to pay $250 for two trips for a plumber to unhook and rehook the sink plumbing and faucet. That being said, the countertops look great and the quality of the workmanship is an "A."

I would recommend them. I thought the service overall was very good. The price was reasonable for what we got. The quality, their responsiveness, and their professionalism were very good.

They took the time to help us find a material that would match the other elements in our new bathroom and then cut it exactly to spec by the end of the day. The owners and their staff are super friendly and made sure we had exactly what we needed as quickly as possible. I was sure to pass their contact information onto our contractor and will hapily recommend them to anyone else we know in need of such services.

The office and owner were very efficient in scheduling the initial measurement and creating an estimate via phone. Based on the estimate, we agreed to proceed and they scheduled an in-home measurement to confirm the exact size of our laundry room countertops. They fabricated them on time and were prompt in delivering and installing them. The installers were very professional and left our home as clean as when they arrived. The craftsmanship was very good and we were pleased with the overall experience.
