My tires went well. They have good prices and I had no problems. My friends also used this costco and there was a problem. A couple of lug nuts got stripped and jammed. However, and this is key, they sent them to a mechanic across the street from costco. The mechanic took care of it, billed costco and there was no muss or fuss. My friends were happy. Mistakes happen. It's how they fix them that really shows how a company functions.
