I called for assistance at 11AM. The gentleman told me one of his guys would call me ASAP to get my exact location (I had just pulled off the highway with a flat tire) and he let me know that someone would be out to help me within 20-30 minutes. After 35 minutes and no call from one of his guys I called him back. He told me I would need to call the technician. I called the technician and texted him my location. He responded and said that he would be there in 20 minutes. One hour later I called him and he said that he was 5 minutes away. Thirty minutes later he showed up looking hung over and disgusting. He changed my tire and left. Long story short- 2 hour wait for some kid to show up, say nothing to me and then ask me if I "have the money".

They were very nice and helpful on the phone and had someone out to help me in about 20 minutes.  The man they sent out was polite, helpful and had my tire fixed quickly.
