 + -1 moreThe experience was great from start to finish. They didn't attack when we walked in and were given enough time to browse. Chris B., the salesman, seemed to time his introduction perfectly with when we needed help. He was extremely knowledgeable about the piece we were looking at as well as manufacturers and their products. He checked and said they could have the piece delivered by the following weekend when we needed it. Woohoo! They scheduled the delivery on the day promised and were at the house on time. There was a snag that could have turned very badly when wrong dresser was delivered. The delivery man was very apologetic and the way that Chris B. handled it turned us from folks that could have been mad into customers who will be checking with him first before we buy anywhere else. The delivery team immediately came back with the display model which Chris checked for dings or problems. It was perfect! It was in our daughter's room looking great within the hour. We'll be back!
Description of Work: We had been looking for a dresser to match furniture in our daughter's bedroom. We had passed on her old one when she headed to college this past fall and now it was time for her to come home for almost a month and we didn't have anything for her to put her clothes in. We looked for weeks all over and finally found the perfect one about a week before the college gal was home. This furniture company said it would take 4 weeks for it to come in. We needed it before then so we kept up the search. Having seen Furniture Gallery close to the corner of Post and Washington, we decided to check it out. We found the exact same dresser that we had seen at the other place and it was even less expensive AND they could have it to us by the time we needed it!!
