Went great. Dom was awesome from issue diagnosis through repair. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would highly recommend Coomer for any roof repair.

They are very good and they had a quick turn around time.

The work went very well and their crew worked two 12 hour days to get our roof done in just two days. Our roof was a tough one with steep pitches and lots of valleys. The clean up they did was amazing. I found only one roofing nail in our yard and this is something considering the size of the job and difficult terrain around our house. And we have had a fair amount of rain since the job was completed and not a single sign of any leaks which tells me the job was done well. And the color they helped us pick turned out to be the perfect one. Very pleased we chose Coomer Roofing for the job.

There work was very very good. Their professionalism was very good but when they make a promise it is lacking.I haven’t seen any way that they have made good on the promises They told us we had some soft spots on our roof after the installation, they said they would come back and look at it to fix the problem. It’s been 2 years going on 3 and we have repeatedly called them. They are a good company that does good work but their promises have a lot to be desired. I was happy with their work but I am not happy that they made a promise to me and haven’t kept it. If they are willing to fix this I will change the grade. They can’t be too busy to make good on their promises to their customers.

It was all through the insurance. It was good. We were satisfied. The workers seemed fine. They came when we expected them so it was good. I would recommend it. I don't remember but I think the pricing was competitive. There were a couple of things that my husband noticed that could have been done a little bit better.

I had a very positive experience with Coomer  Roofing Company. I worked with company representative Dom Battinau .  The written job proposal was clear and easy to understand. Dom  clarified and explained the steps in the reroofing process  and assisted me with the final shingle choice.  Communication via phone calls or texts were answered right away.  The job was  completed in one day.  Roofing materials were delivered early in the morning the day of the job. The crew arrived bright and early and worked professionally and efficiently through each phase of the job. They were very careful of my landscaping.  Trash was deposited into a large trailer throughout the entire job. The final clean up was very thorough as well.  I would highly recommend this company .

The entire process was great.  Dom made a site visit, listened to my concerns and request and provided his professional oppinion and provide a very reasonably and competitive quote on the spot.  To my surprise, he had a crew out the very next day to do the work thanks to an opening in their jobs schedule.  The 2-man were professional, did an excellent job at completing the requested work and left the job site clean.  I would highly recommend Coomer Roofing!

I am greatly satisfied. The sales person Brad King who set everything up was very attentive and patient. This worked out better than I could have ever imagined. For years I was trying to get the roof fixed. It clicked, it worked with them. I haven't had any problems since then I got a winner. There is ice built up on one side of the gutter so I need to call him back to get that done. I would definitely use them and refer them to others.
