They did show up. They did the job, I paid them and I continued to see leaks in the ceiling.

It did not go well.  At the end, the work was done satisfactorily, but it was an extremely stressful, frustrating experience. Most jobs had to be done multiple times:
1. Painting had to be re-done and/or touched up 4-5 times to cover 'patchwork' over nail holes--small nail holes had approx. 12" x15" patches on the walls.
2. A bathroom door had to be 'planed' 6 different times--6 different trips to the house--to fix it from rubbing on the heat vent on the floor.
3. Recessed lights were put in AFTER new drywall had been put up AND painted two coats of paint--I came home to about 8-9 holes cut out of the walls where they looked for wires for the lights--I could have shown them the wires before the drywall was installed, so it was just poor planning to have the lights put in AFTER they repaired/replaced/painted the drywall.
4. Downstairs toilet was removed in error, one upstairs bathroom was gutted, leaving just the bathroom in my bedroom for everyone's use... probably 95% of the days that they worked in my home when that bathroom was the only one available, I'd come home to the toilet seat up, and a mess to clean up.
5. Pantry bi-fold door was off for several months. Finally it was put up, and I got home and it didn't open.  I called and they said they'd be back out to fix it on Monday (this was Friday). I had gone without a pantry door for months, now I finally had one but couldn't get into the pantry until they came back 3 days later.
6. I asked how much it would be to replace all the baseboards downstairs. I was told, via text, "Not much, less than $100". I agreed to have them done.  I later was billed well over $500.  We compromised on the final payment--I was agreeable to paying for the supplies, but had I known it was going to cost over $500, i never would have agreed to have them done.
7. Multiple other things including toilet installed crooked (the contractor asked "Did you move it? It was straight when I saw it", and then when he returned with his dad, he admitted he never saw it in the first place).  Ceiling texture didn't match. The contractor said "I saw them mud it, they did it right. It looked like it matched", then his dad came out and right away said "This doesn't match at all". They fixed it.
Too many other more minor things to mention. Overall, am I happy with the end result? Yes.  My house looks great. Jason was one of the workers at my house, and was a nice guy and a hard worker.  I love the end result of the recessed lighting.  However, the whole ordeal was the absolute most frustrating process I've ever had to deal with.  Not showing up on days I was told they'd be there. Not calling when they finished so I could reset my alarm. Poor communication for the most part.  Fortunately (for me) I kept record of every text and email exchanged with them.  That came in handy when we discussed the cost of the baseboards, being told "I never told you less than $100", and I was able to promptly pull up the text to show them.  I am happy to have the work completed.

The insurance company paid for it and they did exactly what they said they would. They warrantied their work. There were a few touch ups that they needed to do. They did the whole roof in one day and the gutters the next day. They showed up with a whole crew and took the old one off and put the new one on. There was a minimum amount of destruction. They did not interrupt our lifestyle.

Tony was outstanding and made the entire process simple.  He worked directly with the insurance agent for the best outcome.
Roofing crew did the job in a day.  Very good work, no leaks\call backs on the roof.  Roofers did excellent job cleaning up.
The gutter guys did a good job, but their cleanup could have been better,  Large gutter nails scattered over front yard and mulch beds.
But I would deffinatly use the company again.

Tony Moore was my sole contact with Contractors Plus throughout the process.  He was present when the insurance company adjustor came out to assess the damage, and he was instrumental in ensuring that all appropriate damage was covered.  He was very responsive and communicated well regarding when the work would occur.  I felt that he was both honest and helpful when considering upgrades that would not be covered by the insurance company, e.g., gutter guards and protection for ice damming. His crew was professional and efficient.  I would not hesitate to use Contractors Plus for future projects.

The contractor representative worked diligently to get all needed materials and costs covered by insurance. They arrived on time, installed the roof on a 94 degree day, and finished in one day.  I believe that they did a quality job

Their representative, Tony Moore, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely patient with us as we had a very hard time picking out the shingles that we wanted. Also, we had some hold up due to insurance. We were never rushed or asked to make a payment until the insurance money came in. This impressed us very much. The crew was amazingly fast and showed expertise in what they were doing. Polite and easy to get along with. Would definitely hire them again They also subcontracted to do our gutters (see report on Hi-N-Dri, who also did an outstanding job).

We were shown pictures of the damage before our estimate. Then Brian, from Contractors' Plus, met with the insurance adjuster to show him the damage from the hail, and they agreed on the cost of repair. Brian kept us well informed about how and when the work would be done. Work was completed in a day. The crew was friendly and polite. Before starting, tarps were placed on the ground all around the house. When the work was finished the area around the house was all cleaned-up. We never found even one lost nail. The bushes and flowers showed no damage. We were very pleased with the quality of the work completed.

They were great, and the work looks good. They were very clean and prompt, and they got the job done. They were very cost-effective - they provided top quality for the least price. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

This company started the job and then told me it would be an extra $4000 to replace more of the roof. I had already got the insurance company to agree to the new roof but not for the additional charges. Their answer to this was "we'll get the most out of the insurance company as we can." They told me that they would install gutters and flashing as well. They didn't do either right after the job. When they did install the flashing they put visible holes into the siding and the work looks very unprofessional. I was promised the gutters would be put on right after the roof was put on. After numerous phone calls to the company they have said it would be another 2 weeks. I was promised a call from the owner a week ago and he still has no returned my calls. I have paid them $485 extra, as they have not completed the soffit work that they had promised.

They gave me a warranty for 2 years on top of what the house has. They are very efficient. They are quick to respond. They did address complaints very quickly and worked around my schedule. They were willing to come to my job, relatives home, or whatever rarity needed. We did not need to be home when the work was done and I really liked that. They were very friendly. They quoted about $2,000 less than the other companies.
