They took their time during the work. They did not put a disconnect on our a/c unit, therefore making it dangerous, and we had to have another company come out and put one on. He was extremely rude and never finished the job completely, even though they were paid in full.

They misdiagnosed the problem even though I told them what was wrong with it. They did not charge me since they did not fix it.

They came when they said they were going to. The price was very reasonable. They did a good job and even did a little more than they had to.

We usually deal with John Simeone. He (John) is very upbeat, and sometimes tires to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. (At no charge!) The majority of problems are fixed the first time out, and only rarely is a special part needed to complete the repair. Just good, honest, dependable people.

WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AFTER GETTING A $10,000+ ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER HEATING COMPANY (WHO BY THE WAY, REALIZED THEY MIS-CALCULATED WHEN CHALLENGED ON THE PROPOSAL - AND ALSO WHEN ASKED, CAME UP WITH A MORE REASONABLE SOLUTION IN ADDITION TO CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKE. TOO LATE.). JOHN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, THOUGHTFUL AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED, NOT SLICK OR SALESY. HE AND HIS GUYS LEFT THE HOUSE AND CRAWL SPACE AS THEY FOUND IT AND COMPLETED THE WORK SOONER THAN PROJECTED. IN FACT, HE CHARGED ME LESS THAN ESTIMATED BECAUSE HE ADVISED A LOWER-COST TACT TO TAKE ONCE HE GOT HERE AND ASSESSED THE SITUATION. I NOW HAVE AN ELECTRICIAN! ONE LESS THING TO WORRY ABOUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALISM. HE LEFT ABSOLUTELY NO MESS BEHIND. THE BOTH WORE SHOE PROTECTORS! CLEAN, NEAT, AND JUST SEEM LIKE WHOLESOME GUYS.
