These folks are excellent to work with. Very professional. They worked with me to use some parts from my existing desktop and also took an old laptop in some trade value.

It went well. They were very helpful with some questions I had.

Took my older computer in and after looking at it, it was determined I needed a new one. They were very prompt in getting my computer up and running. Have used this member for a number of years and are always helpful, responsive and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

They have impressed me extremely well a number of times. They refurbish machines and make them available for sale at real good prices for folks like me who don't really need cutting edge but need something that works. I am older and I help about 35 people with their computers. They have used machines that they don't warranty and sometimes I get a good one at a good price. I've had them tell me that I don't need repairs and just made a mistake on something. They didn't charge for that. They have family members that fill in when necessary to do the stuff that doesn't require a lot of technical stuff. When they get in over their head, they have no hesitation to pull in somebody more technical to finish the job. They have a very good mix of punctuality. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They were prompt, explained issues and what they could do to fix the problem. They presented options and made recommendations.
We left the computer and they called back in a little over an hour and said it was ready to pick up. They had saved and transferred all files and we were able to test the system before we left the store. I would definately use again

I was referred to Computer Renaissance to get a new internal battery. Rather than just sell me a new battery, they tested mine and determined that it was not needed. No charge!

I worked specifically with Alex Strahl. I am a student and I needed a PC mainly to run specific software that a Mac cannot run. He was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed and at a really great price. I was not experienced at buying a computer, so I definitely lucked out with them. They got me a good deal for what I needed and did not take advantage of that, and definitely did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need.

From the time I walked in the store and was greeted by the owner, Les, it was a fantastic experience. He was very reassuring, patient with my questions,and discovered I needed to update the genealogy program to make it compatible with Windows 7. He completed the transfer of everything from my old lap top to the new one. I had another occasion to visit the store within about 2 weeks as I managed to wipe out everything on the computer, and Les reinstalled my data....much to my relief. He also explained how I managed to wipe out all of my data so I hopefully won't do that again.

Over the course of two weeks I visited Computer Renaissance four times and always received great service. I highly recommend them!

We dropped the computer off on Saturday evening to have it diagnosed. We did not receive a call from the company until Wednesday. At that time, they told us they could not get the computer to stay on long enough to run a diagnostic check. Their suggestions were to either replace the motherboard or buy a new computer. We were not satisfied that they did all they could to try to diagnose the problem, so we picked the computer back up and took it to an independent computer technician who was able to fix the problem.

They were very friendly, and quick on turn around. I took it in at lunch break (11:30) and it was ready by 5:00. He was understanding of my needs and accommodated them with courtesy and friendliness. Highly recommend them!
