Overall I'm pleased. However, Keith was a little hard to get a hold of at first. It initially took a couple of calls to get a call back, so that was a little frustrating. But once the job was booked, Keith and his crew where very prompt and even worked late into the evening to make sure our floors were installed by the time we moved into our new house. About a week after the hardwoods were laid, Keith came back out to the house to attempt to repair a couple of loose boards. I feel that I got my money's worth.
