I was assosiated with BWW (an Amay organization) they provided me with an e-mail [email protected]. I had this e-mail since 2000 roughly. Around 2002/03 the organazation went with Comminikate for voice/online fax/ e-mail and our cost was 35 a month plus extras for file storing faxing to a land line ext I averaged probable 40 a month. Their service was tollorable at best. Then in 03/04 their was a split and we had no choice but to go with LTD instead of BWW at this point the communication was still through Comminikate it was labled though LTDKATE I was still paying 40 a month average and they stated that they gave us a notice that the bww e-mail would phase out in 6 month to a year. I can not remember ever seeing this; however they e-mail continued for 6 more years and during this time I used it with clients and other businesses. Communikate in December 2010 closed the e-mail with no notification. I was always tollable with the poor service until this year in Janurary I canceled the voice and fax as I can get both of thoes for 10 a month a savings of 360$ a year. When I contacted them at that time their attitude was so what! The phone conversation today was simple the person never let me speek to a supervisor and was of the position of you got it free be happy with what you got. I was trying to arrange either an email to go to the clients and contact redirecting to another e-mail, or paying for the service so I can phase it out, or them providing a foward to another e-mail. They were rude intolarable and did not care for my situation at all. I would never suggest this company to any one I figured that over the lat 7 years I have paid 3360$ and they can offer no service with this issue. I even offered to pay and they would not work with me at all. A horrable experiance and little to show for the 3360 I have invested into communikate.
