I am always having things go out. They always want to have you talk to someone over the phone instead of sending someone out. They are always raising my rates as well. Navigating through the automated system to get to the live employee is not very hard, but a lot of times the call will drop when I call them. Then I have to go through the automated system again, which is frustrating. I am not real happy with them. When it was installed, they did not bury my cable. I called them many times, and they never came to bury it. Eventually it got cut by my neighbor who was d*** some yard work. They had to come out and fix it.

I was not able to get information about a fitness program mentioned on my current billing. The bill mentioned this program would start on 6/9
