Collision Solutions Northwest

While we were returning from vacation, our 2011 Nissan Altima sustained damage to the right front bumper in a collision with a traffic cone. Our insurance claims adjuster identified Collision Solutions Northwest (aka Abra Auto Body and Glass) as one of their and quot;preferredand quot; contractors and we contacted them for an appointment. We were able to meet with them the day after our call. Bob Erich was extremely professional during the estimating session, doing a thorough examination of the damage and clearly explaining the work to be done and the time required. We scheduled the appointment for the repair before we left their shop, a process that was handled quickly and courteously by their office personnel.
When we took the Altima in for the repair to be done, Bob once again reviewed with us how they would approach the job and confirmed that he had correct home and cell phone numbers to contact us in case they discovered as yet unseen damage. He also made sure that we had a rental car (we had taken care of this ourselves). Again the entire process was done quickly and entirely professionally.
We received a call from Bob late the next morning indicating that the repair had been completed but that there was and quot;cleanupand quot; and a final and quot;quality assurance reviewand quot; to be completed. He indicated that we should be able to pick up the car by 2 PM that afternoon, but that he would call and let us know for certain that the car was available. He did so at about 1:30 PM.
When we arrived at the shop that afternoon, the office personnel quickly and courteously processed our paper work (collecting the deductible owed) and notified Bob that our car was being brought up from their holding area. With Bob accompanying us, we found that not only was the repair done excellently but also that the car had been washed and the interior was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed--even the windows had been washed inside and out.
We were very pleased with our experience with this provider and would obviously use them again.

Not one but both of our cars were repaired by ABRA as it is now called after significant damage from the April hail storm. After golf ball + sized hail fell on our cars which were both outside, we knew we would have damage. We have used Collision before for a fender bender and knew their good and detailed work so we went to our insurance agent and set up Collision/ABRA to do the work. We were not disappointed. Our 10 year old Infinity looks like a new car and the van could not be any better. Both hoods were replaced and many, many dents were removed. They did an excellent job and we will use them again, if needed and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Overall this was an okay event. I arrived at the auto body shop and the manager and i did a walk around of my vehicle and cited any damages. I had dents from the hailstorm (which was the reason why i was there), minor scratches and some paint on my bumber. The manager informed me that he could get the scratches and paint off with buffing. I dropped my car off and a Monday and picked it up on a Friday. When i picked it up i did a walk around. The scratches were still there. There were paint flecks on my the roof and the paint on my bumber was still there. The hail damage appeared to be completely fixed. I brought out the manager, informed him of my issues. He did debate with me on a few issues, but ended up bringing my vehicle back in to fix those issues. I picked my vehicle on Saturday, the receptionist just handed my the keys. The manager never came out to make sure i was satisfied. However the paint and minor scratches were gone.

This was the 4th time that I have done business with Collision Solutions and I am always very pleased with the work that they do. This particular time I had a few scratches on my bumper that were not related to this accident and they even saved some of the paint and touched up my bumper for free! The employees at Collision Solutions are always a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

This is the third time - and the third vehicle - we've had autobody repairs and/or paint work performed by this Collision Solutions branch. Every experience has been positive.
In this instance, we chose Collision Solutions instead of the providers recommended by the insurance company handling the repairs. They checked the car over and identified areas of concern/disagreement with the estimate from the insurer. It took several weeks for the shop to have an opening (not an issue because the car could be driven and had no damage to lights).
At every point Steve kept us informed of progress - including the damage discovered after the bumper was removed, resulting in some delay and additional repairs. I felt the company advocated on our behalf with the insurance company (insisting on replacement instead of repair as to one piece) and gave us the best possible results. They also buffed out some unrelated scratches, such that the car was returned to us in better condition than it was in before the accident.
Highly recommend this company. Especially pleased with the communication/updates.

They were careful with my car. They are very professional. Easy to work with. The work took less time then they told me. It was easy to get in. They took their time and knew what they were talking about. I had an estimate a couple of months earlier. They came in under. It was less then I thought it was going to be. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. They take great pride in their work. I appreciate them a lot.

The work was completed within the time frame announced. However, I found the quality of the work unacceptable and declined to take the car back as is. The space between the hood and the fender is uneven, the top of the fender is lower than the hood towards the windshield, the headlight and blinker assembly do not fit and there is a 1/4 inch gap along the skin on one side. I asked the manager (Tony) to look at the car with me and he agrees that it was not right. I got a call from the shop 2 days later indicating the car was ready. I went to the shop for a 2nd time and the problems were still the same. I asked to see the manager again and was told he was in a management meeting with the owner...at few seconds later Tony emerged on his way to the bathroom...the receptionist asked him if he could speak with me and in front of me he responded "no time". Next, I showed the car to Jason (who was more professional) and who recognized there were problems. Again, I did not accept the work.

Excellent work! I could not tell the car was damaged. I will use them again and done on time.

Vehicle was in accident in another state and repaired in another state. Back in Indiana, we noticed the emblem plate, for some reason, was coming out a little on one side. I guess it had a loose clip and the dealer couldn't do the work so they recommended this shop. My wife took in the vehicle without an appointment to see what was wrong. This shop looked at it on the spot and took it in, applied an adhesive to this loose clip and it was all for FREE! I am certainly going to post a comment about this fast, courteous service!

As my car only had a dent in the tailgate it was drivable. So I did not want it to sit at the shop until all parts were in. I was told they had arrived and was scheduled to bring in the car the next Monday. Fortunately I checked again with them and they admitted certain parts weren't in. Finally they were ready to receive the car. After a week they left a message that the glass had been broken on the tailgate. No estimate of when I could likely get the car was given. Communications were poor, but the work done looks OK.

The work done by Collision Solutions was excellent. However, as a result of a very heavy customer load from the hail storm, it took several months to get my car in, AND, it took more than three weeks for the repairs to be completed. The final delays were told to me to be the fault of a glass company; however, I was unaware of any glass being replaced on my vehicle. In any case, I was please with the work, not with the length of time it took. I understand the time constraints and volume of business, but the time it would take could have been better communicated. However, Collision Solutions did offer to pay the extra days of car rental if my insurance company didn't cover them.

It did not go well. It took them 16 days to fix it. When I got it back, the driver door didn't work so I had to take it back and get a rental car. When I picked it up and got it home I discovered the rear vents didn't work, so I had to waste another 2 hours going and coming, getting a rental car, changing 3 car seats, etc. The next time I got it home, I discovered the rear hatch lock didn't work, again damage that was done by them. This time I asked to take it to Honda to get it fixed. So I spent another 2 hours coming, going, getting a rental car, changing car seats, etc. Finally it was fixed. I do still have a small dent in my driver's door, but I won't go back to get that fixed because I am afraid that they won't put my car back together correctly. I asked Tony, the manager, for a $200 discount for my time and trouble which I think is completely reasonable for a $6000 job and all the mistakes they made.

I found their prices to be reasonable, their quality to be fine.

Work was completed on time and at agreed price, we thought they would be painting one small are which they didn't.

The parts were not ordered in the time frame that was promised. We had to initiate calls to them to get the parts in. Very unprofessional. Customer Service was poor in our case.

JOB DRAGGED ON AND ON. ORDERED PARTS FROM DOMESTIC RATHER THAN IMPORT SCRAP YARD AND THIS DELAYED JOB. HAD OUR CAR MUCH LONGER THAN NECESSARY. WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM, RATHER THAN THE OTHER WAY AROUND. VERY FRUSTRATING.

INSURANCE TOOK CARE OF PAYMENT, SO UNSURE WHAT COST WAS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I PAID $250 DEDUCTIBLE, INSURANCE PAID $1,800. THE MEN WHO DID THE ACTUAL WORK WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO TAKE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN ANYTHING I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND.

THE REPLACEMENT BUMPER WAS ORDERED THE DAY I CALLED. THEY DID NOT EVEN NEED TO SEE MY VEHICLE FIRST, SUCH TRUST!!
