Description of Work: Contacted them for an insurance claim. They stated that the entire roof needed to be replaced and not just repaired as the insurance company indicated that's all they'd pay for. Many assurances were made to me to leave it to them and they'd get the insurance company to pay for the entire roof. Weeks went by and I was repeatedly told to leave it to them. They're close to getting the insurance company to cave. Eventually, they stopped returning my phone calls and I ran out of time. I sold the house without any repairs being done as I couldn't count on them and didn't have time to contact anyone else. Had to pay the buyers 1250.00 out of pocket to fix the leak to get them to buy the house.

Description of Work: Repaired a roof leak - a shingle and a wooden slat had blown off of my roof from the high wind & rains. Took a picture for me up on the roof so that I could see exactly what was wrong up there. I appreciated that. They did a good job.

Description of Work: Purchased a $79 roof inspection and repair big deal. They informed me that I had hail damage and that I needed to file a claim with my insurance company and that they would handle everything from there. Insurance company would only cover front slopes, gutters and a downspout. Cochran stated they would match the estimate provided by the insurance company. I was disappointed about this result and am still reviewing my options as to what to do going forward.
