They did a fine job. They are very responsive and they cleaned up after themselves. They completed the work in a timely manner.

It was good. I purchased a Big Deal and they came out to do a roof check and minor repairs.

The guy came out and did the work. He told me they would email a report and they never sent it. I called the company and they said they would contact the guy to send the report and he still has not done so. He was very nice when doing the work but has not sent the report.

They were pretty prompt. They kept calling me to schedule the job. They came out, did the job, and it was all good. I can't find anything wrong with my roof. They seemed very organized.

Excellent timing and fixed a roofing issue I had in regards to a leak, had estimates for 7-800 for repair and this guy did it for the roof inspection price where they caulked up the seams and roof vents per the deal.

The guy that came out was very nice. He checked for any problems, and it turned out there wasn't anything that needed repaired. He was very professional throughout the process.

Cochran was very professional, they showed up on time and explained in detail the damage and repairs that needed to be made. They took the extra step to come out and meet with my insurance adjuster as well to review the hail damage with my insurance claim rep.

I set up an appointment and arranged a time date to have my roof looked at on April 27th. The worker called in advance and asked about access to the roof of my property and I told them the builder of the subdivision and that it was a two story home. I was not able to get away from work to talk to the worker when he arrived at the house but I did provide two pages from a home inspection that listed two areas of the roof that needed looked at (home was built in 2002) which my wife handed to the worker. He determined that he did not have the proper equipment to access the roof and rescheduled to next week. They did the spring tune up the next week around May 1st. The worker called me and mentioned that the two areas noted on the inspection did need some additional work. He said his boss mentioned that it would be best to just put on a new roof and that way I would know that all the boots, flashing, etc are new. I said no way. After over a week, I called to check on the estimate. Gary sent me an email on May 14th, it was a price for a full new roof. I emailed back and told them that I was not interested in a new roof and wanted pricing on the two problem areas. Tara sent me back a revised estimate and apologized for the confusion. The estimate looked comparable to other estimates I received months before when I was closing on the home but it listed only one area of the roof. I responded back the next day "I know the person looking at my roof had two areas that I wanted looked at from my inspections report when I bought my home. One was the chimney and the other was a valley by the garage. Does this estimate reflect the repairs at both areas of the roof?". Tara responded with another estimate that included the other area. I responded that the estimate is now double what I expected so I guess I don't get a chance to use the $100 off additional repairs from the Big Deal Offer. I did not receive anything written or emailed when they did the spring tune up so I really don't know what they did to my roof during the "Tune Up".

Scott arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and promptly went to work. Completed the job in twenty minutes or so, and showed me what he found. He applied sealant to the few areas that needed it and told me if I had problems to call him back. I did call and he came the next day and resealed the areas again since the first sealing was compromised due to the heavy rainfall that day. He told me my roof was in excellent condition and that I did not need to worry about my roof because the roofing had been applied properly. He also checked my gutters and said they were in excellent condition. I found him to be a fine example of how companies should conduct business. He is a super nice guy, honest and thorough! I would recommend his company to anyone needing roofing service.

The work that they did do, we have no complaints. There were just some things that they could not complete for one reason or another. The work that was not completed usually had to do with the companies that had installed the window frames and skylights had gone out of business.

The overall experience with Cochran was great. Not only were the workers professional, their management was very professional as well. I would highly recommend them.

I was satisfied with them. The insurance paid for it and I paid only the deductible. They used sub-contractors for the roofing people so I was pleased with them. They were very fast and they cleaned up very nicely both days. Cochran was good with their communications when they were about to approve the start. They came in at 7:30 in the morning when I wasn’t even up and they were ready to start work and that was the only hiccup I had as far as the communication with Cochran. The quality was very good.

Cochran's representative, Mr. Scott Langford, came out & met with us & looked over the buildings. He discovered a hole in the roof of the house. He immediately called one of their crews who happened to be in the neighborhood, & they stopped by that same day to temporarily cover the hole for us. He then arranged to be here when the insurance adjustor came out to look at the damage. From the beginning, Scott was very attentive. He maintained constant phone contact throughout the process. While Cochran's crew was here replacing the roofs, Scott was right there watching over things for us. When the crew was finished, they cleaned up the area completely. Since their work I think I have only found four or five nails in the yard, which is amazing considering the amount of work they did. After the final settlement, Scott called back one last time, just to make sure all was well. I would happily recommend Cochran Exteriors for any work that needed to be done. Everyone involved were consummate professionals.

The roofing was fine--excellent...no leaks. It was done in one day...amazing. They did an excellent job of cleanup and picking up roofing nails. However, the subcontractor that Cochran uses to repair the interior drywall was subpar. The drywaller was late, stood me up completely one day, and did a pretty mediocre interior repair job. I ended up messing around for 3 days with the drywall repair. Ridiculous...and not acceptable time-wise for the working person. Cochran is good on the roof---sub contracting firm that they use for the interior repair, questionable. Later inspection revealed that not enough air passage was left under the vents for proper ventilation of the attic space. Had to spend $2,000 more to get a contractor to cut out underlayment of roof to get proper ventilation down all the ridges. Moisture was collecting on the attic door and in the attic, so more air flow had to be achieved quickly.

I was told it would take about 4-5 hours and the job actually took closer to 8. But the workers were here on time, the cleanup was wonderful.

We found Cochran to be very friendly and accommodating. We have a fairly large home, but they were able to get all of the work done within one day. Also, they cleaned up after themselves extremely well and I really appreciate all of their effort.

My experience with them was satisfactory.
