Talked to owner on the phone and explained we had golf ball size hail in our area. They scheduled a time that day to access the damage. Scott and his assistant spent some time going over the complete exterior of my home. They noticed very little damage to my roof vents but all my shingles, siding and gutters seemed to be in tact. Extremely Professional with their assessment. When I need my roof to be replaced this will be the company I use. Highly Recommend.

The vendor sent me an ariel view of my roof the next day after he inspected it. I sent him the adjuster information but I haven't seen or heard from him since.

Took longer than expected but work looks good. The company was willing to step up and take care of problems that occurred.

The service tech arrived on time and was polite and professional. The company had all the modern goodies, I Pads and all. The only issue if any that I had was that while the tech showed me pictures of me roof, good and bad, he didn't really tell me if he had done any work while up there. I'm talking caulking, etc. All in all though I thought he did a good job.

The inspector, Jason, checked the roof around the chimney area and said it was in excellent condition and he saw no problems there. He did show me photos showing the flashing around the chimney. He said there were gaps where the flashing did not lay flat against the chimney and said that might be the cause of the ceiling leak. He suggested applying a caulk to fill those gaps, to be included in the cost of the coupon. That was to be done at a later date but no one ever came out. When I phoned, Jason seemed surprised to know that no work had been done and again said he would send someone to do the caulking. No one came and the job was never completed.

Business called to follow up on a roofing bid. Advised that I would be going with another bid but said they could follow up in a few weeks to see how things went . Good thing they did- the other company never followed up to complete the work. Cochran Exteriors came out and completed the exterior roof repair/interior ceiling damage. The sales manager Jeff followed up on all areas of concern. Looks great and it's been months - no leaks. Staff was extremely pleasant and timely in their responses . I would highly recommend this company for future repairs.

The inspector, Chase Lecklider, showed up at the scheduled time and conducted the inspection and got back to me with the results. He was very professional and courteous.

I responded to an Angie's List special offer of a spring check up for my roof. I responded by email and got an immediate response. A person came to my home within a few days. He inspected all of the roof in a professional and friendly way. The most important thing is that he identified a very serious problem regarding my roof-part of it was in danger of collapsing!! I would not have known this!. I immediately contacted my home insurance company.. If I had not seen the Cochrane Interiors ad and if they had not sent someone immediately I could have been in serious trouble regarding the roof!

It was excellent! The gentleman was very professional, very willing to get involved, and provided a thorough report.

It took forever to get a hold of them. They came out and gave an estimate. They said I needed a complete reroof. I called and spoke with a supervisor and he said they do not have time to do minor repairs. He said he would send someone out anyways. No one showed up but they did send me a check for the amount of the deal.

We thought we had gutter issues but after having several roofers come out to diagnose and bid on the repairs, it turned out our roof was done incorrectly when it was redone several years ago. Among the problems, a ridge vent was added without first removing box vents, shingles cut too short for the gutters, flashing done incorrectly and showing. Cockran's offered to supervise whoever we hired, even it if wasn't them, to make sure our roof was redone correctly. Ultimately, we chose them. The job was scheduled for within less than 2 weeks and was actually done in less than a day. Two of their staff came out several days later to check on it and do an additional cleanup. Aside from some minor communications oddities at the end, we are very satisfied. Because we'd had issues with the previous roof that we didn't know about, we hired an inspector to check this roof. He reported that it was done correctly. We'd recommend Cockran to others.

Chase got on the roof. Performed an inspection, silicon caulked two areas, took photos and sent me an brief email report including pictures.

I originally had Jonathan from Cochran come out to my house to look at some shingles that were blown off by a storm. Once he came out which was on time, he quickly realized that the roof peek was too steep for the equipment he brought with him. He was able to get up to other parts of the roof and fill in some gaps etc. He did not spend long on my main house, so we drove to my rental property which is a 2 bedroom bungalow and he inspected that property and was able to fill in some gaps and replace my chimney topper for me. Jonathan offered to refund 1 of my 2 Angies List Big Deals, because he could not do the full work on the first house or I could apply it to any repair work I need done. I still hope to utilize that offer in the near future, as I will probably need my roof replaced soon. I will definitely consider Cochran for future needs.

They were prompt and courteous. They quickly completed the job and cleaned up well.

Getting things scheduled was a bit of a challenge because I wanted to be there when they came, but the day we initially set up it rained, (of course)! So we rescheduled and ultimately I wasn't able to be there because of a last minute work issue. Despite this, the contractor, (sorry I forgot his name) knew I wanted to be there and made it a point to call me when he got on my roof and checked a couple of areas that I had concerns about. The calling me while I he was there was very helpful and really put me at ease. He didn't see any issues with my roof - he noted that there was minor hail damage in a couple of areas but overall he said I had many many years left with the roof. He also noted a piece of missing trim along the side of the house which he was concerned could eventually cause water damage. I asked about getting that repaired and he said he would ask the office to call me and scheduling someone to come out and take care of it (I had the trim that had come off but it was locked in my garage so he couldn't fix it there on the spot). Someone from the office called within a day or so after that and arranged for someone to come out and fix it. They didn't charge me anything but put it up carefully and they were very polite as well. I was extremely pleased with their work.

He was delightful. He was on time, dressed professionally, didn't make a lot of unnecessary chit-chat, did his job in a minimal amount of time and was very helpful. This was an Angie's Big Deal.

It was great -- they showed up on time and were extremely friendly. They even stopped by my house a few weeks ago (after I asked them to) to look over my roof to see if I had some hail damage from storm in Sept 2012.

He was very knowledgeable! Took the time to explain all of what needed to be done to my roof.

They came out without me being there, and was done well. They were able to answer questions, and were available to explain what was done and what was of concern. We liked them being able to come out when they said they would.

They came out very promptly and gave me a detailed roof inspection, as well as tips with insurance for filing a claim for hail damage which was very helpful. When I asked for an estimate to replace the roof as well as the gutters, the guy who came out for the inspection referred me to a Groupon deal that the company was getting to run but I never got a written estimate for the roof or gutters.

I was not impressed with the rep who did the inspection. Although we never met face-to-face, he was not timely in following up with me to set up the appointment after I called the main office. After the inspection, the rep called and said that I should contact my insurance company to pick out my new roof due to hail damage. He was very cavalier about the whole thing, and I was shocked because I didn't realize there was any damage. I wouldn't have bothered with a roof inspection had I known that I had an insurance claim to file.

I paid 20 bucks and was told my roof was in good shape. Kind of feel like I paid for an estimate that anyone else would have done for free. I still have the leak ceiling drywall damage and am no closer to getting it resolved. Need to keep looking for someone to fix it. I am not a roofing professional but it stands to reason that he could have got up in the attic while another person sprayed the roof with a garden hose to see where the water was coming in.
