It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not very pleased with them. He gave the job over to one of his subordinates and they didn't do anything. I finally talked to the representative who put the shingles and he was working with me and every time I called Cochran, they just kind of blew me off. The impression I got was he was just trying to sell me a new roof and didn't care about whether the shingles were under warranty or not. He lost the pictures. Fortunately, I had a set to give to the new guy but he even deleted the pictures because it had been so long so I was not happy with that either. At first he came out right away and he was very nice but the fact that he gave the job to a subordinate who didn't do anything and he didn't follow up on it until I bugged him, I was not pleased with that. He was highly rated by you but I guess that they just want to sell you a new roof. His punctuality was fine.

They came out and did an inspection and cleared the drain leading up to the house. Unfortunately, there are additional repairs needed that they will be doing in the future.

Everything went well. They contacted us right away and I was able to set an appointment easily. They came, did the inspection, and said that everything is okay.

Very pleased with this Big Deal. Wouldn't hesitate to contact Cochran Exteriors in the future . . .

The roof was not bad enough to apply to a claim and was under my insurance deductible for the repair. It took Cochran sometime to get back to me on a revised quote. Once I received the quote I accepted it. They said they would come one day to do the repairs but ended up postponing because of another job. I had worked from home that day. They said they would reschedule and let me know. They did not get back to me on a time or day but called the next week and said they had done the repair. Since the roof is high and i can't go up i had to accept their word but i am skeptical because they did the work without me being home. Anyway I paid the billed but not sure I would recommend them to others. The initial contact people were professional and seemed knowledgable. They were ver responsive but I think they more interested in replacing the entire roof then doing a small repair. I believed they may have over charged me because they did not quote to replace everything the adjuster recommended on his inspection. Because they were cagey on the installation work I am rating them lower than I normally would and I cannot inspect the quality of their work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They didn't get to do anything other than the inspection. I was trying to get the flashing picked and I was talking about the whole roof they would be doing. The insurance company said my roof doesn't need to be replaced so I just decided that I was not going to use them. There were no additional charges. He was fine at first but what I wanted done was a small thing and he made it out to be a big thing. When the insurance company said I didn't need a new roof, I decided not to use them because I believe they were trying to mislead me to spend more money. They were punctual.

Roof inspection as well as reseated in areas that needed new sealant. He did an excellent job on a cold day. Couldn't beat this price for a good peace of mind. Will use this company for any roofing needs in the future.

He called and scheduled within a few days. Looked at roof and said there was no hail damage. I asked about leaking skylight and he caulked around it. I had paid the $99.00 for a big deal which included this cost. Thought he was honest and did not try to sell me anything.

It was a big relief to know that my roof is in good condition for the inclement winter weather. I appreciated their professionalism and recommendations. The video of my roof was extremely helpful as to actually see specific areas to watch.

The sales rep was very nice and I felt as though he was honest. We have had a lot of roofers come out and tell us we had hail damage and to sign a waiver for them to work with our insurance. We did have some damage and they repaired our roof and replaced some shingles. I thought the price was a bit expensive. I paid $99 using the Angie's List Big Deal which would give us $99 towards the repairs. However, for repairs in the past (last year) the normal minimum for repairs with other companies is $250 their minimum was $375 which I thought was a bit expensive. Nonetheless they did a good job and we are satisfied with the service.

We bought a Angies list deal and he came out and inspected the roof and did a few minor repairs and we were very happy with him. We would definitely use his services again

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. We had a little difficulty scheduling but I think it was mostly my fault. I didn't have to be home for it so that was nice. They did what they said they were going to do. There was supposed to be a $100 credit but they didn't come back with any additional work that I needed to have done. They said my roof was in good shape for the winter. Only time will tell if they were right. I had to call after he had done it to make sure that everything was okay.

They came and inspected my roof. I had bought a $99.00 deal. He caulked the skylight which I asked him to check. He said I did not have any hail damage. He was here less than 15 minutes. I should not have bought a deal since I could have had a handyman caulk the skylight for less than $25.00.

The initial response and communication was excellent. i was contacted immediatly and within 24 hours I had recieved a bid and photos of the damage to my roof. The problem was that the deal came with a 100.00 coupon and the actual bid had ZERO details of the actual work being done. I responded back to the estimate asking what I would recieve as a guarentee of thier work becuase the estimate was higher bt $50.00 than any of the other bids I recieved, even with the coupon. Simply put, I believe the coupon is a SCAM to get you to pay for the estimate. I did not recieve a response back. I would not reccomend you purchase the bid deal from this provider. There is NO coupon as they increase thier estimate to cover the cost of the coupon. There isnt any detail to the work tthey propose, so its hard telling if your getting more or better work for the additional price. Final price estimate was 250.00 for 5 shingle. This included the 100.00 coupon and didnt take into account the 59 already paid for the estimate. Final price would be 300.00. You can find a better deal!!!

It could not have gone smoother. They arrived on time and completed on time. They worked with us before hand to let us know exactly what was going to happen, and then after they were done took us through the job and showed us exactly what they did. We could not be happier with the sevice and quality of the work.

I bought the $99 roof inspection and repair package with a $100 coupon included. | |They came, inspected the roof and said I need some repair. I said fine and asked for a quote. They said I will get the quote on the next day. I did not receive it and I called multiple times, but no response. The real reason I believe is that the repair will cost around $100 and they didn't want to do that because the coupon will cover that. So, the $99 that I paid did not yield much and I need to start all over again with another company.

Cochran replaced missing siding and caulked open seams between siding. They also performed additional inspection and noticed nail heads were popping and reset the nail heads at no additional cost. They also noticed a missing Z-Channel (flashing) that original builders failed to install that could potentially cause leakage in the future. I am now working with builders to correct situation but if the builders will not correct problem, I will have Cochran come out to take care of the problem. I highly recommend the company!

This service was a complete roof and gutter inspection. The flashing around the chimney was found to be loose. This problem was solved by re-caulking and securing the flashing. All other areas were found to be in good order. We discussed the possibility of a roof over an existing deck and several suggestions were offered. I'll be calling on Cochran Exteriors when the time comes to install said roof!

I called Cochran because we had raccoons in our attic that damaged the outside of our house and had defecated (BAD NEWS!) in our attic/insulation. The contractor/field rep I worked with was extremely thorough and helpful. He came out with our insurance agent to do a walk through. My husband works a lot, so I had to deal with this entire situation myself. He was very helpful in explaining to a woman who doesn't know much, what they were going to do, details, etc. He/the company dealt entirely with our insurance company so I didn't have to be the "middle man". I gave responsiveness a B because their office is not good with communication. The contractor/field rep I worked with was in communication with us, so I would usually call him. If I had a question for the office though, I would always leave a message and no one would call back. Even the first time I called to schedule someone to come out I had to call twice. Bummer for them since they are great in other facets of their company. The guys who came out to do the work were quick and efficient. They got all our work done in one day. They removed all of the articles from our attic for us and even put the things (boxes, etc) back up in the attic. The main contractor worked with me to make sure the changes that they needed to make to the attic would be ok with our needs in the space. The work was great, efficient and we are happy with the results! Highly recommend, if you can handle a little responsiveness issue on the office side of things.

Great job, The lead person for Cochran was Jim. He stayed with the job and made sure it was done as I wanted it to be. They cleaned up well, did no damage, and I have a leak proof good looking roof. I had six roofers out to give quotes. Cochran matched all the others in quality and guarantees. They also came in a thousand dollars less. The only negative thing was that the crew only had one english speaking foreman. I highly recommend them, and say that Jim was great to work with.

We paid them more then 60 days ago Have to keep calling the sales person who says I will check on it and he does not call back with info For 60 days the window with rot and exposed to rain and bugs still sits

Very we'll! The gentleman showed up on time and we talked about what I was wanting him to do. He did every thing I ask.

Overall very positive experience. Helpful in liaising with insurance company regarding repair estimates and payments. Roofing work was started several days later than planned and communication regarding the delay could have been better. Workers on site were professional, polite and did a nice job of cleaning up after completing the roofing work. Experience with screen replacement was excellent. Displayed flexibility in scheduling this part of the work which was very helpful and much appreciated. Very professional. I did request an estimate for doing some additional outside painting and caulking work unrelated to the hail damage claim and never received follow up despite several inquiries.

They were prompt any very courteous. They did the work they were suppose to complete. They cleaned up all the trash and lefty yard spotless. Scott Langford our rep was very thorough and timely with the estimate and working with our insurance company. They did high quality work!
