Purchased Angie's List Big Deal on 6/8/2013. Sharon Zelner from Cochran emailed me 6/11/2013 to set up an appointment for a representative to come to my home. See above comments.

I signed up for the offer and it took them two weeks to contact me, Joel finally came out and I could never get him to schedule the work,he inspected the job but he would give a start time and not show up,or just not schedule at all , I have contacted him several times and he never returns emails, completely ignores this , we even had someone stay at the house in case he showed up but never did, Would never consider them for any work,VERY unreliable, would not trust the work, fortunately we have not paid them

They came out to do the inspection. They found nothing wrong with the roof so they refunded me the amount. I appreciated that they were honest and returned the money because they didn’t have any work to do; it showed a lot of character

Scott Langford, the Sales Rep, is the MAN!! I showed up early for our appointment on my lunch break and Scott was already at my house ready to assess the areas I needed repaired. Professional, knowledgable and efficient with my time. They ended up fixing 2 leaks from poor gutters, and installing a cricket in the corner of my roof and chimney to stop a slow leak. Work was great. Enjoyed the experience. Ask for Scott Langford if he is available.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty well. I actually couldn't get home to meet him so my wife met him. It seemed like it went fine. There were no extra charges. The leak we had had stained the ceiling inside the garage, but the stain is still there. I think the problem has been fixed, but I haven't actually climbed and made sure that it's not them.

It went well. They came quickly after I purchased the deal. They were helpful.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went really well. He also did some additional work for me but he didn’t charge me for it. He gave me a lot of information and basically the roof was fine. He was there and was very thorough. He was friendly as well. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

I need the other insulation. So I am getting a refund from Angie's List.

My experience was good. Initially he thought that it was fine but then I ended up finding a leak. He came back and he cracked in what he missed. He did a great job coming out as many times to make sure he made it right. He was very easy to contact and communicate with; he was really good about communicating with me. The Big Deal included a certain amount of repairs and since I did not need repairs, he recommended that somebody come out in the Spring because our roof will need replacement within a couple of years. That I thought was certainly misleading because that credit doesn’t carry on; we did not ever use that credit because there was not any real repairs that needed to be done other than just sealing an area. So I asked if they come back in the Spring and I did need repairs, could I use that? He said that was not how it works so that was the only downside; it was not a hundred percent what it seemed like it would be.

It was great. I didn't have any complaints. They were very professional. They were on time and they did what they said they were going to do.

It took 10 days for the initial appointment from date of purchase which was 09/13/13; the person who performed the service did clear debris and inspect the roof & told my husband he would send a summary and estimate. I had to contact him 3 weeks later after we had not heard anything from the company. He then sent by email an estimate for the work we had discussed. The employee told me he had been leaving on vacation the day of his initial appointment and just forgot to submit information for our estimate. When received, the estimate contained satellite views of our home which were apparently used to create the estimates. We felt costs were very high and chose not to continue working with this company.

They did not arrive as promised. They did not inspect the attic to locate the leak. They made assumptions they did not replaced items promised and had to be called back to complete the job. There were many issues during the repair which necessitated multiple class back to the office. Due to my complaints they took $100.00 off the final price

They were good. They came and did a fine job. They were punctual and did what they are supposed to do. They were in and out in a flash.

They were supposed to come out and have another look but they never showed up.

It went really well. A man from the company came out the Friday after Christmas which I was not expecting. That was pretty prompt and he was very thorough. He did not try to sell me anything and he gave me some good information about what to look for. He was very helpful and I was very pleased with the experience. I thought that he had a fair price for him to climb up on the roof in December. He took pictures of the roof and showed me all that stuff so I had visual aids which I have always liked. He even came a little early.

A detailed report was made complete with pictures. Very professional from start to finish.

They were very thorough during the inspection for the insurance company and were great at identifying other property damage. They were also good at working on my time. I was pretty pleased with the roof and gutters.

We are still waiting to hear back from them as the bill we received is not what we were quoted. What a joke. I chose them because they had a decent rating on angies list...judging by the way we were treated and still dealing with them...I dont see them deserving more than a D rating. Awful experience.

Company easy to get a hold of and promptly responded. Scott, the contractor who looked at our roof, was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, and informative. We had Cochran exteriors come check our roof because we wanted a second opinion from our recent (horrible) roofing job experience. They came out free of charge, gave me an honest assessment, and sent me pictures of the roof explaining what was done well. Really appreciated their honesty and that they weren't just out for money. Will most definitely use them for future projects.

They were very good. They came out almost immediately. They were prompt. They did everything they said they would do. they explained things to me in plain English.

They were OK. They did what they said they were going to do ad there wasn't anything wrong with the roof. My interactions were OK. I didn't have much contact with him. I didn't spend anymore than the cost of the deal and they came out the 2nd of October.
