They did the work while I was away from the house, but they were responsive when I called to schedule and did the work as prescribed in the deal.

It went very well. He could not have been nicer, and did a good job. He didn't make up any stories about my roof and was honest about the condition.

Great! He was very detailed orientated. He took photos everywhere for me to see what he was seeing. He found a few items that needed attention soon. We even discussed how I go about filing an insurance claim due to hail damage he found. That was a surprise! I'd definitely would use him again & have mentioned his business already to several people.

It went very well. It took a while to hear from Cochran after making the purchase directly through Angie's List, but once scheduled everything went perfectly. No attempt was made to push for unneeded repairs, etc.

he company might be good for replacing roofs, but they do not appear interested in small repair jobs. . I picked them through Angie's list because they had decent ratings and offered an estimate and a credit of $55 toward repair work if you paid $55 upfront. They got my $55 and I got nothing. It is discouraging because they offer free inspections and estimates on their own website. Mine "inspection and estimate" cost me $55 because I used Angie's list instead of their website.

First of all, I called several roofers and they did not work on 3 story roofs. Cochran did. I got a few others and had estimates from all. While Cochran was not the least expensive, it was the most thorough and professional. They asked to come inside and see what water damage had done on the inside. They were the only ones who asked this. They came and repairs numerous issues to the roof and as advised, they added 4 extra downspouts to handle the rain and melting ice. Clean up was great. George Fitzgerald was the go to person. He was more than fabulous. He came back twice once we had accepted his bid. The last time, he had the person who was to do the work with him and he walked that fellow and me through what was to be done. The communication was great. Professional to the max. I would never use anyone else to do roofing since working with him. Also, the fellow actually doing the repairs always told me when he would return and asked if he could stay later or if the noise would bother me. So very polite and considerate.

They did a repair with the roof that solved a leak. They also pointed out a problem that was a masonry problem. However, they were going to give us an estimate to replace some boots but they never followed up on that. We did get the value of the deal and they fixed the leak, which was the main thing.

They inspected the attic. They were prompt, on time, and professional. They also added weather stripping to three doors. This all went fine.

He was great. We had to work around weather but he took his time and did a great job. I can see his good work from the driveway. I'm very pleased.

It's okay. It's alright. They were timely and professional. They were good. They did exactly what they said they were going to. Their pricing is good. They showed up.

How can I have my money credited to Visa card. I never used Cochran Roofing.

This company communicates very well and will help deal with insurance company...coming out when your insurance adjustor does if so needed. They answered all questions immediately either via email or phone. Very good experience with a roofing company for a change. It's rained several times since roof replaced and no leaks yet.

Went well, but was something I would expect a company to do at no cost. I really got nothing out of the $99.

Attached is the last correspondence I sent to the vendor. They never responded. -------------------------- I had ordered this $49 service on January 29th. After six weeks of no response, I called Cochran to determine they would perform this work. We set a date in late March. No one showed at the appointed time. I called again and rescheduled (with no indication why he didn't show up the first time). At this appointment, on April 14, again no one came. I called and rescheduled again for April 17. On this third attempt, someone did come and spent approximately eight minutes looking at my roof. They limited their inspection to one small area over my garage, made some comment on how to alleviate ice damming, and indicated that they would follow-up with a proposal for that work. As of June 9, I still have not heard back. My understanding of the services that should have been performed, versus what was provided, are as follows: a complete inspection of your siding, (no siding inspected) windows, gutters, roof, and fascia, (brief inspection of part of roof) minor roof repairs, (nothing done) caulking exposed nail heads on flashing, (nothing done) resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, (nothing done) exhaust fans, (nothing done) vents, (nothing done) chimney flashing up to four penetrations (none performed) inspection of gutter system and siding (none performed) Given the difficulty I have had securing appointments and my initial experience with Cochran, I have no interest in using them to perform any work to resolve ice damming. However, given my poor experience with this offer, I am submitting a request for a refund from this Tune-Up offer for the reasons I outline above.

The appointment was easily scheduled and they showed up promptly as scheduled. They climbed around on the roof and said things looked good. I discussed a few things I saw and the placed a few nails and caulked a couple of areas. Overall I think I got what I paid for. Again they was prompt and professional. We was wanting to install a few attic fans and this was discussed at that time. I was told they would get a quote back on that and we could go from there. Well its been right at a year and I don't think they are coming back with the quote.

He called and scheduled an appointment that week. He made sure I knew exactly when he was arriving and went over what he was doing. He did not spend a long time, but gave a report when he was done.

We had hired Cochran to repair the damage to our home. Overall these guys did an excellent job on the main part of the job, however we had a piece of siding that needed repair and ultimately was a minor aspect of the job. We asked Cochran to come back out to our home and repair this last little bit, but could not seem to get ahold of them what so ever. After the main job was complete I sort of felt swept under the rug. I'm not complaining about the quality of work, rather the customer service once the job was done. Situations like this make it hard for me to refer them to other people.

Scott Langford was our salesman and he was great. Honest and upfront about cost. Helped us determine what type of shingles we needed and kept us with a high quality product that was in our budget. Also worked with our claims adjuster to make this a flawless process. Crew came and tore off shingles and reaced roof in one day. They cleaned up the entire mess, our yard was spotless!

Jim come back out and rechecked my roof for me. He was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the service.

Not good. Provider came on time as scheduled. He did a roof "inspection" and told us of 2 items that needed addressed but said he couldn't do them as part of the $69 "deal". We said the deal came with $100 credit for needed repairs and we would like a quote on the services. One was simple caulking of a joint in a gutter and painting of a vent that was rusting. He said it wouldn't even cover having the vent painted--that would be about $400--to have a vent spray painted. We also asked what else that company did and asked for a quote on exterior painting since we are having that done this summer. We did not receive a quote on the minor roof repairs as requested (so we could utilize our $100 credit) or a quote for the exterior painting. The guy who came out was nice enough when he was at the house, but clearly not a company committed to customer service. We wouldn't use this company again.

We bought this Big Deal because we'd moved into our house last summer and, while the roof was only five years old and the inspection was clean, we wanted to get a more experienced eye on the roof because we suspected there may be a problem we wanted to get ahead of (our house was built in 1932, and like all old homes is full of fun surprises). The person from Cochran who came out made a thorough inspection of the area we were concerned about and took some steps to caulk and seal the area to prevent any further problems, and then proceeded to thoroughly inspect the rest of the roof and caulk other problem areas. He was very friendly, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and explained his findings in the area that concerned me in a way that helped me understand. It was a very basic job, but he made me feel comfortable enough that I would look to this company if I ever need more extensive roof work performed.

The service was fine. They came out soon after I purchased a Big Deal. There were no additional charges on top of the Big Deal, but he said that my roof needed to be replaced from hail damage. I had my insurance suggest her come out and he said it did not. So, I am in the middle of that right now. I have not used them before. It was fine. He had to cancel the first time because he had a family emergency or something. If I am going to recommend him, it is because he seems thorough and I do not have the leak anymore. He did what he was supposed to do. There were no issues since the services were provided. If I would get my roof replaced, I would be using them.
