It went well. Mark Kiemeyer was very helpful and went out of his way to help. We were selling our home and the buyer's home inspection noted minor imperfections in our 16 year old roof. Mark guided me to the Angies List special to get a roof tune up for only $99. We already were members, so that was very logical. Some shingles needed replaced, but that was not included in the roof tune up. Even though I thought that would be included, Mark helped by getting it done for only an additional $100. I would call Mark and Cochran Exteriors again with any future needs.

The gentleman came out and did an attic inspection and was honest and said I didn't really need more insulation, at least not urgently. I was concerned about some ice dams I'd had the previous winter, and he explained that had happened because of the particularly harsh winter and amount of ice and snow. Still, he came back out and did a quick roof inspection of the area in question, for no extra cost. I appreciate the company's work and if I need roof/attic work done I will likely call them.

The experience with Cochran was great. They were punctual, professional and took the time to explain things in full. We will use them for all future roofing needs.

We had very bad hail damage to our roof and gutters and needed to use an insurance claim. I am so glad that I called Cochran Exteriors to replace the roof and gutters. I cannot say enough good things about our Project Manager, Dave Wells. His hard work and knowledge of the insurance claim process made things very easy for us. Cochran Exteriors worked directly with our insurance and mortgage companies every step of the way. The new roof and gutters they put on look great! I highly recommend Cochran Exteriors to anyone looking for a professional company that does extremely good work.

Went well. This was a roof inspection, minor repair deal for $79 for the whole roof. Here's what I really liked--they said the roof looked great, made a couple small fixes and had no recommendations for needed repairs. I believe they're honest and will now use them for future work. My "B" for Responsiveness is because I had to call them to get the scoop on how everything looked--they did not proactively call me. I'd recommend their techs to just give a quick call right after their visit or just shoot a quick email to let owners know the work was completed and all was well.

Went well. He found it and showed me by video. Promptly gave me an estimate for repair.

This was a pre- inspection so we could get repairs done to sell the house.

I called the company around 8am. Their service rep (Scott) called me back at 11am and was at my house by 11:30am. Scott first found the source of my roof leak. It wasn't the roof. It was my HVAC unit. Then, he inspected my roof for any other signs of trouble. He did a minor repair while on my roof for free. He advised me that my roof is in good shape for now with a few minor issues to watch (he showed me pictures on his iPad so I didn't need to get on the roof to understand them). I am very satisfied with this company's service and I will call them again!

It was great. I gave Mark permission to come inspect while I was out. He took pictures and said there was dammage. He spent time talking me through the process of making a claim to my insurance, and he met with the adjuster while I was at work. My roof is 20 years old, so I was not optimistic about getting them to pay for it to be replaced after the recent hail storm, however Mark advocated for me, and the insurance company agreed to replace the roof. Then Mark was able to meet me at my place of work to help me out since my schedule is so tight to help me pick out my shingles, and get the work orders all written up. I will be having my roof replaced probably in a couple weeks, and I will do another review then, but so far I am really really pleased with Cochran. Very professional.

I called Cochran Exteriors and Jim was so helpful and professional. I was out of town for work and needed someone to give me an estimate for my roof in order to sell my home. Jim came out the next day and gave me a great quote. I would definitely use them in the future.

Subcontractor came out in October 2014 and recapped and supposedly fixed the crack in the chimney. Clean up by the subcontractor was not all that great because I kept finding cement fragments from the original chimney cap in the yard and surrounding landscape. (However in fairness for the clean up there were a lot of leaves on the ground that covered up some of the debris) Up to this point service was at the times agreed with no real surprises. After witnessing the work that took about 3/4 of a day, I felt like $5700 was fairly pricey. However after some extended rain periods in November we discovered the leak was still there. I called Cochran approximately mid to late November and he indicated that he would come out and inspect the work. That never happened. I called again in December sometime and they said they would refer it to the quality control department. Since then no one has contacted me and I haven't contacted them because it was winter and there was snow on the roof a good portion of the time. I decided to write this review and maybe that would create some action because I believe these reviews are sent to the contractor.

Cochran Exteriors spent quality time at our home to understand the issue. There was discussion about repair of roof vs. total replacement. We were considering having Cochran Exteriors perform the work if a total replacement was required. They were very willing to work with our insurance company if needed, however; the roof was overall still in good shape. We did not anticipate a need for a total roof replacement, but also did not want to have a roof that looked patched. We ended up hiring another contractor for repair work only. They were knowledgeable in exterior roofing as well as attic ventilation options.

With a purchase offer on our house, we received an inspection report that discovered minor defects in our roof due to wear and tear. We wanted to make a quick inspection response to show goodwill toward the home buyers and so we looked for a roofing contractor who could be responsive, competent, and reasonably affordable. Cochran Exteriors surpassed all of our expectations with a prompt and friendly service call to inspect the defects and offer an estimate, and then returned the very next day to make the needed repairs. I will use and would recommend Cochran Exteriors for any needed roof repairs. Thank you, Ralph!

We paid for the $39 roof inspection and tune-up which was to include resealing around exhaust fan, pipe collars, vents, and chimney flashings. The first time we scheduled our appointment no one showed up or called us and my husband took off work for the appointment. We called them and decided to try again so we rescheduled on my day off for 3pm a few days later. By 3:45 no one had called me or shown up. We called Cochran and Scott who was assigned to our job said he got caught up in another job and thought another project manager had taken our job. He showed up an hour later and left after 20 minutes. Nothing was resealed as he said it didn't need it however that it is what we paid for. I would never hire this company again, very poor service and unprofessional. update 7/7/15 - on May 6, 2015 Cochran told us our money would be refunded but we haven't received anything. We've called twice in the past two months and they tell my husband it will be refunded but no money has been refunded to us.

We bought an Angie's List deal for an attic and roof inspection, which the company performed. Initially, they were responsive and professional in their attic evaluation. They had to return at a later time for the roof inspection due to poor weather conditions. The service provider recommended a dryer duct vent replacement on the roof. When we responded that we would like him to return to do the job, we failed to hear back from him. We are still waiting for his response, which is what resulted in the "D" grade for responsiveness.

Fantastic experience. The inspection was very thorough and all my questions and concerns were addressed. A piece of flashing was placed at the end of guttering at a small corner of the roof. Small critters had been getting into the attic. It seems that the flashing should have been put in when the home was constructed but wasn't. Since I had a pices of flashing George went ahead and fixed the problem saving me from having to pay for another service call.

**Update** The representative came back out a few weeks later to apologize and personally hand me the quote, which I thought was very professional. After talking with the representative I would use them in the future as they righted their wrong and even did a quick roof fix/project free of charge to apologize. The Cochran rep came out on the spur of the moment, as he was in the area. After spending 15-20 minutes looking around and examining the gutter, he packed up and said he would get me a quote after the weekend (estimate was done on a Friday). We have never heard back from the company, its frustrating as I took time out of my day to have them come out and we get nothing in return.

They are nice and comeback every year to inspect the roof for free.

I purchased a $49 big deal for this service and it was good. He did a good job. He did not have to do anything. He was honest; he could have lied and told me something was wrong. It was good pricing.

We recently had the roof replaced due to moisture and mold in attic. We wanted to get it inspected by another company. Easy to schedule. He checked the attic and said all was fine. Even mentioned that the work was done very nicely. Appreciate his honesty.

He went to look on the roof and said the roof was in good shape. That was excellent.

We purchased the video roof & maintenance package thru Angie's List super specials. Mark came to our home and did the inspection. He was extremely professional and did a great job. He found work that needs done on our chimney. We asked for an estimate, and will more than likely hire them for the job.
