.Cochran has gotten back with me and all issues have been resolved. I would recommend this company, although there is some lag time between initial and subsequent meetings and when work is done. This may be due to the large amount of business they have.

I tried to use them this past summer and fall but they never got around to doing the repairs. So, I got my deposit back. This is an insurance deal and they tried to get some more money from the insurance company but then I said, hey guys. I think they heard back from the insurance company and they said that they wouldn't increase it and then I spent a couple of months trying to get them to come out and do the work which is fairly simple work. They never came. I would call them and call them and it was always an excuse we'll check on the schedule and get back to you and then they didn't. I finally asked for my money back and got my money back about 2 weeks ago. They were going to some interior repair from water damage and painting as a result of the water damage in two rooms. There was leakage in the roof. The main charge was for repairing the interior damage that resulted from a leaky roof. The insurance company would not pay for the leaky roof.

Quick service even with holiday delays.

Cochran gave me an initial estimate for job. Everything after that point was done by a sub contractor and I only dealt with Cochran when it came to paying the bills. When the job was completed they gave me a bill for almost twice the original estimate. They either intentionally under bid the job, or their estimator didn't know what they were doing. The price increase was not due to extra materials and was all labor. Fortunately the sub contractor they hired was excellent and did very good work. I feel like I was mislead by Cochran from the very beginning and will never use them again for any reason.

Very good experience. We had a couple of false starts with scheduling, but nothing we couldn't work out. The gentleman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and took a good amount of time to do the inspection. I felt he was very thorough. Given the heavy rains we had through Spring I had a small leak that was showing in my dining room ceiling. He was able to identify the source of the leak which was around some flashing on the roof and did a minor repair. He told me at the time that it might not hold and what I needed to do to fix the problem permanently. So far it has held and I have had no further problem. If I do, I'll get them back out for the permanent repair. My roof is not terribly old, and I didn't expect a poor inspection report. I was pleased that they gave me a fully realistic report and did not try to do a big sales job for work that really didn't need to be done. They earned my respect and I would not hesitate to call them if I have any issues with my roof down the road.

Chris was very knowledgeable and even texted me when he thought he was going to be delayed. He was not delayed much at all. Very friendly; excellent ambassador for his company. He knows will be repeat customers.

Chris was unable to perform any work, but he took the time to explain to me what exactly they will be looking for when he comes back and some of the possibilities for payment, such as financing or insurance. He was very punctual, early as a matter of fact, friendly and professional.

It went well, since the leak's gone. The service was provided as one of the AL deals, which gave me a roof tune up and repair credit. Unfortunately, this occurred a year ago, so my memory of what actually occurred is poor. I recall being pleased, and the guy who worked on my roof was very helpful. I normally wouldn't leave a review where I don't remember the details, but AL keeps bugging me to write a review.

At least they returned my call and came out. Had to use the only provider who said they would do the job.

He was very professional and honest. Felt no pressure to do extra work. I would call this company again in the future when more work is needed or a replacement roof.

Outstanding service from Cochran. We had 10 shingles come off the top of our roof. Cochran came right out and replaced the shingles for free! We've been a past customer of Cochran's and were very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Cochran. Great people to work with. My thanks to Scott and George.

Wonderfully! Got me in touch with my insurance company as he saw damage beyond what I thought was there. Took me through the whole process of getting a claim submitted. Great work!

This was a $49 big deal purchase. It was fine; they did a great job on the roof. They never did come out in the beginning. and then they ended up coming out later. Then I ended up having to have my entire roof replaced. They did a good job replacing the roof. I think they ended up applying the cost of the deal to the total and it was about $6,000. The salesperson was great, but one of the roofers actually hit on me and was trying to get my phone number. When they said they were coming out they did come out.

I was disappointed. The guy showed up and he smelt like alcohol. I could probably smell it 20 feet away. I was actually worried when he climbed on the roof. He did whatever and came down and said, "Everything is fine. But, I'll check with you periodically. If there is a storm, I'll call you up. I'll check your roof," which was great. But then, before he left, he saw my neighbors across the street. He came over to their house and I just heard him say, "Well, do you want a free roofing inspection?" They said, "Let us think about it." I don't know what they said to him. Then, he went to the other neighbors saying, "Do you guys want a free roofing inspection?" I guess, that' how he drums up the business. But, it felt a little weird because I just paid for something. I had to schedule for him to come and then, he just goes across the street, in front of me and offers the same inspection for free. Supposedly, I also got a $100 credit towards a roof repair. But there was no roof repair. So, I just basically paid for the inspection. I just felt a little strange. He was very friendly and I actually attribute it to the influence of a certain beverage. He was friendly and a nice guy and in a way, professional. When he climbed up I was like, "Well, first of all, I hope he doesn't fall. Secondly, I hope he actually does take the time and the attention to inspect." I don't know if he did. He showed up on time.

Looked great but we started getting water about a year later. After multiple attempts to reach him, the quality control manager came out and assured us that all was fine with the roof. We just found out, however, that the flashing wasn't replaced and there are other problems.

One of the main reasons I did not select Cochran was that the proposal for the chimney repair was tuck-pointing. I felt the chimney was in far worse shape than that, so the proposed service seemed insufficient to repair the chimney considering the amount of deterioration in the brick work.. A contributing factor (although minor) was that while discussing the quote the sales guy said they use a service that provides roof dimensions so they can quote accurately without having to measure up a house. He said the measurements are accurate to a hundredth of an inch. I'm an engineer and a photographer and know enough about imaging and technology to know kind of accuracy just isn't possible or even practical. .01" is the the thickness of a business card. The map outputs he showed me didn't even have inches in the measurements - only to the nearest foot. That exaggeration didn't cost me anything, but it cost him some credibility. That said, the roof info from the aerial imaging was impressive.

Luke was very courteous and was very thorough. We are pleased with the service he provided and will probably use Cochran Exteriors in the future.

After discussing a concern that I had, they inspected the attic space and the roof. They found an issue near a bathroom vent and sealed with silicone and took pictures of everything to explain what was found. The technician also suggested a repair that I could do myself. I appreciated their advice and I feel the service was worth the money.

I have been waiting since 6/29 for the report of findings of the inspection of my house; the first employee of Cochran did not do an attic inspection as I had purchased, rather spent time on the roof. After waiting several weeks for the report, I contacted him on three different occasions for the information. Each time he did not have my file available or was driving but would call me back. I then contacted the sales manager who apologized and visited my home on 10/29, did an attic inspection, roof inspection and sealed up some nail holes. He apologized and said he would make sure that he responded; he was to review everything and give me some alternatives on or before 11/3. I did not get an phone call or email and have now waited until 11/9; I called the sales manager and asked him to call me if my understanding of his follow up was wrong but do not bother if I was correct. I have wasted the entire summer and fall repair season now to find and repair the leak and now must find another supplier. If they are this frustrating trying to get a quote to perform a service, I can only imagine what it would be like to have them working on your home!

They did that and then offered some minor thoughts and promised a quote. While they were here, we asked for a quote on another construction issue. Neither estimate was ever delivered. I reached out to them twice. Twice, I was told that the estimates were coming. They never did. Disappointing, unprofessional, and I would not use them in the future.

Did an excellent job. Everything promised was delivered. Roof looks great, they were careful around landscaping and did a great job keeping everything cleaned up. Would definitely recommend them.

Felt like like Cochran Exteriors was using this inspection as an opportunity to sell other over-priced services. After getting a quote for some additional work, I concluded that I was right. They were supposed to complete some minor roof repairs which didn't happen either. Next time I will borrow my friends drone and get the same result.
