Their staff member called a day or two after I purchased their deal on Angie's List and was very easy to work with in scheduling the appointment. On the day of the appointment they showed up on time and provided the requested service. In addition to providing the service they were also able to assess trouble spots and provide reasonable estimates to fix problem areas. Their prices are very competitive and the process of working with them is extremely easy.

Went great! He came in, told me what he was going to do, and did it quickly. Fixed my shingle as well, which was greatly appreciated.

It went bad. I think he showed and I asked him to come back and do some work and he never responded. He did the inspection but did not really show any solutions.

The men that did the work were professional and polite. They explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem.

That was okay, nothing special; it was just a small, basically an inspection and some touch up of some very minor problems. I didn't have any complaints about it. The only thing that happened is that when I went to get on the Angie's List web site two days ago I discovered that all of my purchase history had been erased so I had difficulty trying to figure that out.

From the time of our initial call to the office, until Bob finished, we were very pleased with Cochran's responsiveness and professionalism. We called in response to a special, but were told that there would be no charge for any service given. (Possibly because the property is being used in a non-profit community service program.) We were very appreciative of their generosity and kindness.

Update: The company did contact me and has refunded all of the money and apologized for the trouble that I had.

All in all it was a very satisfactory transaction and I would highly recommend this organization. We had a bit of a communication issue about the time of the appointment as I had another issue that was forcing me to leave. I called when it looked like they were going to be late and they arrived within minutes, so no problem, I just got nervous for nothing. The Inspection was very professional and video inspection was reviewed and explained in detail. My questions were answered, even the dumb ones without laughter. They were great. I recommend them for highly.

We were ready to hire this company as they came highly recommended by a friend who works with my husband who knows the owner of the company. Everything was fine until our insurance company needed additional information. I have so many emails requesting what the insurance company needed and Cochran would get back to me I guess when they felt like it. It was like pulling teeth to get them to send me the additional information. In the end, they would not respond to emails, calls etc... We were supposed to meet with Luke last Friday to "review the contract" and we called to confirm. Had to leave a message. He never called or showed up! We are really disappointed with this company. I guess they don't care about the "small" jobs which ours was. I honestly don't know how they are one of Angie's lists top rated companies. So now because of their disinterest in our job, we are back to square one interviewing other roofing/contractor companies. Thanks very much for all the headaches and time wasted! Please do not use this company if you only have a "small job". UPDATE: The owner, Ross, called and personally talked to us about this review and the problems we had. We all discussed what happenend and he offered to go above and beyond working with us to resolve everything. It was a miscommunication all around from us, to our insurance company to them. Apologies were exchanged and things explained to us that were not explained in the begininning. We told Ross that we had more companies coming out to give estimates as we thought we had to start all over but in the end, we hope to give Cochran Exteriors a chance they deserve.

Was satisfied with the inspection and his results. He determined that the issue i had was from the gutter. I requested a quote to replace and was told he would have an estimate back to me in the next couple of days. It has been over 10 days and have not heard back from the provider, so i assume they do not need the business?

The crew showed up when Mark my project manager said they would the were polite & professional & performed good work. Never knew they were there after they finished work.

Cochran Exteriors was extremely cooperative in scheduling this service since we had to change the date several times due to our schedules and dealing with days of rain and/or snow. Denton was very professional in every way as well as highly competent. He took detailed pictures from the ground as well as on the roof so he could show us everything he found and explain it in detail. Using silicone, he took care of a number of minor fixes during the inspection. We felt we certainly got our money's worth, and we highly recommend Cochran Exteriors to anyone needing a roof inspection or a new roof.

Had a coupon for a attic inspection so had them come out. I knew our attic needed a lot of insulation since the current level was about 5 inches and the joists were showing. To get it to code they had to add approx 8 inches to make it R,38. They also had to bring the canned lights up to code by putting a cover over 13 of them before putting insulation. Our attic entrance was in a family room that used to be the garage. They put a insulation tent inside it to trap air and not lose it.

It went great. Ralph showed up on time and immediately went to work. After a home inspection, there were 3 items that needed to be address and I called Cochran to help out. He resealed some flashing and inspected an area where there was evidence of moisture. Ralph was super nice and very professional. If I have any home maintenance, remodeling or roofing needs, they will be the first company I call.

From start to finish, the service provided was on-time and prompt with clear communication. True experience with a professional I'd highly recommend.
