Once the work began Nate Holmes, our project manager, was great. He kept the job on track and responded to texts very promptly. The roof was replaced in a day and they came out to touch up the paint and replace some boards.

The materials and the dumpster for the old shingles were delivered the day prior to the scheduled install date. The crew arrived at 7:30am and started with tarp placement for landscape protection. The shingle removal was completed by 10:30am. The reroofing and cleanup of the yard was completed by 7:30pm. The dumpster was removed the next day. NOTE: cost is not given because it is a ranch style instead of a 2 story home. The surface area was almost double a 2 story surface and more valleys/slopes which increased the cost. We are completely satisfied with the completed project.

We used Cochran Exteriors to replace a some wind-damaged sections of roofing last spring, so when we noticed a couple of missing shingles on another section, we did not hesitate to call them again. George Fitzgerald came out the next day, inspected the roof and came back to replace the missing shingles exactly when he said he would be there. The shingles match our existing roof perfectly. Since no one was able to be home during the time he did the work, he sent photos to us showing the completed job. We highly recommend Cochran Exteriors.

Cochran Exteriors did a phenomenal job! The entire process was very smooth and much quicker than I had anticipated. I was contacted right away, Dave Wells (who was very friendly and answered all my questions) came out on a couple different occasions. The first was to take pictures and measurements to determine what they would actually need to complete the job. The second was to sign the necessary paperwork and to select the shingle color. Very soon after, we setup a time for the work to be completed. The work did get delayed / rescheduled for a couple days later than the originally scheduled day, but it was through no fault of theirs. The originally scheduled day turned out to be a very rainy, windy and generally overall was just nasty. On the day the work was completed, the crew arrived a little before 7:30 AM and got right to work and they were finished, packed up and leaving by around 1:30 PM. I am very satisfied with their work, and they did a great job of cleaning up. One of our neighbors even commented on how well they performed and cleaned up. I was also very happy with the quality of work and the overall value. They replaced / added in features during the roof replacement that I didn't even know about. For example, our old roof had several of the cut out roof vent boxes. Those holes were plugged and a new ridge ventilation system was installed, so we no longer have those ugly roof vent boxes. Overall I am very, very pleased and extremely satisfied with the work Cochran Exteriors did on our home. I would highly recommend them if you ever need to have your roof replaced.

Cochran arrived on the day and did the job in one day. As far as I can tell they did a good job, cleaning up at the end.

Jenell came out for a bid and was prompt and professional. I had a minor repair which they did not seem to specialize in. If I had a larger job I would consider hiring them.

Bought services in June. Services not done until August. Had to call back after 1st visit because trim was not completed. Siding was not painted the right color. There was very poor communication from them. I had to call several times. I would be told there was a delay due to the workman having a family emergency, then a weather delay, and then apparently the materials were backordered- even though I could have gone to Lowes or Home Depot and gotten this particular siding product. No one ever answered the messages I sent through Angie's list. I will not use them again.

We were incredulous at the things this guy said. He reminded us he had been doing this twenty plus years. Inspector was to get back with us re: repair recommendation. Never heard from him again. We have since had another inspection because of a worsening leak after a heavy rain. They actually got on the roof and crawled around the attic. Totally debunked first recommendatioon. We wasted $79.00.

It took them awhile to schedule us. They completed the work in one day. Our interactions were positive. The work has been fine so far. The real measure will be how long it lasts. I would give them a positive referral.

They were good. They were on time. One guy and took about an hour. They were on the roof and said he did minor repairs, I don't really know what he did, I can not see it.

Coupon indicated roof inspection, photos, patching/repairs of minor issues (such as caulking a limited number of penetrations). We felt the roof was possibly in need of work, but had hoped this would give us some additional information and most importantly would insure we didn't have any immediate issues - such as failed seals around penetrations. Unfortunately, all we received were photos - roof is in need of replacement, so the sealing around vents/penetrations or hammering down any raised shingles was not performed. So if we have a leak, and have to wait to replace the roof, its still leaking. They offered to come back to give a quote for new roof (which is a free service they normally provide anyway), but I've ended up paying $69 for this "free" service since they didn't perfom any of the sealing or secure any shingles. They were nice, and they did show up (after multiple weather delays), or the grade would have been lower - but since there was no service provided, it was not a good investment.

Paid $79 for comprehensive roof maintenance package. Original response time was good and inspector showed up on time on February 6th. He nailed down some loose nails and added some sealant. He stated that an inspection report would be sent to me along with a quote for installing a couple of roof vents which for I had asked. As of March 22nd I have not received a report or any communication from company. He gave me a quote for installing 2 roof vents. They made contact after I submitted first review.

Didn't show and haven't issued the promised refund.

I called them for an estimate but they didn't come for awhile; they were slow to respond. Their price was the lowest, but maybe it was because they didn't come out right away, that I didn't trust them.

Caleb Franklin with Cochran Exteriors came to inspect my gutters he was very knowledgable and obviously honest because he said although my gutters are 15 years old they are in good shape. He looked at my gutter boards and hammered in some of the nails. I will definitely give them a call if I need a roof or I experience gutter damages in the future.

They were very professional. They just couldn't do all the work I needed done. I would definitely call them again if I needed to.

It was fine. I was concerned about the condition of the roof because there had been some work done up there. I wanted to be sure that everything had been done properly. They did determine that the gutters needed cleaned, but everything else looked fine. There were no additional charges above the deal price. 2 people came out to complete the job. It took them maybe an hour. The workers were nice & seemed professional. They took pictures so I could see the condition of everything, like the chimney caps and everything.

They were amazing in terms of their customer service, even though it was something they couldn't fix. Even though they didn't do any service, they did put the time in to find out where the tile came from.

Brett and his assistant came out and did a thorough check of the exterior of my home. They were able to come out the next day after my initial call. They did a super job and were pleasant as could be.

After waiting more than 10 days with no contact, I called the company to see why I hadn't heard from them. They said it didn't appear Angie's List had sent my information to them although I had received an email from Angie's List saying they had. The lady with who I spoke on that Thursday said they would have someone out on either the next day (Friday) or the following Monday. Again I heard nothing so the following week I called the company again. This time a man took the call and said he couldn't find anything in their system about my purchase or my previous call. He assured me again that they would get someone out on Friday. No one showed up. Then on Saturday I got a voicemail message that the serviceman was running behind on his Saturday schedule and he would have to move me out to Monday (of course, I was never told I was even on the Saturday schedule). Monday came and went with no contact. In fact, another week came and went so I decided to just wait for this opportunity to grade them that I knew Angie's List would send. At this point, I would like a full refund and would also like to advise anyone else considering doing business with this company to think twice.

A job done very well. On time, did work promptly, removed and disposed of old gutter.
