I was really stressed about having it done as I am elderly and don't trust people. Dave Wells was referred to you by a friend , and once he took over I. Was in good hands. He took care of everything for me. The workers were polite and worked their tales off till nine o'clock that night to finish up. They cleaned up real good too. I would recommend Dave and Cochran Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

They are quite close to what the insurance guy quoted us. They are willing to give us a lot of the things included in the price. They did a good job with the quote. Both companies quoted the same price.

The projects went well, except the workers damaged one of my garage lamps and punctured 3 window screens while repositioning ladders around my house to work on the roof.

Cochran is a great company. Friendly and conscientious, Jeanette walked us through the whole process with our insurance company to get a new roof. She was there with our insurance company's roof inspector. To help highlight what she had seen on the first inspection and work with the inspector. The roof looks beautiful and was installed quickly. I have already recommended Cochran to friends. It was pricier than I thought but that was because we had overinsured the roof so our deductible was 2600. We added an upgrade to the roofing shingles. Cochran did all they could to work with our budget and keep the costs down.

Still going, and HORRIBLE!! Be prepared to be your own advocate with this company, they are unorganized, unprofessional, and subcontract out. They are quick to give you excuses. I dealt with a sales rep that would schedule my work without going through the process with me, send workers that he didn't know their names, didn't show up, or didn't fully understand what all they were suppose to be repairing, and neglecting to send at least one person that could understand English During one of my leaks the QA manager told me it was my window causing the issue and NOT the company's problem... BUT that if I wanted to SUE them I had better hire an engineer before going to court. They PAINTED over the chimney flashing instead of replacing it, there were confirmed RAISED nails, LOOSE shingles, and sections with NO NAILS at all. They are careless in their cleanup which resulted in 5 roofing nails in my tires. The gutter crew tucked my cable wire inside my gutters under the bracket clips. Fast forward to my last leak on May 4th, they placed a tarp on the leaking section and I had to contact them on June 4th to remind them that the tarp is STILL on my house. I was told on June 7th that someone would be getting with me real soon to schedule. It's June 18th and I have been forgotten about again!!!!

Obviously, we were under a time constraint and Cochran Exteriors was able to meet our needs promptly. I spoke with 10 roofing companies within the Indianapolis area and this company was able to come through. Tom Harman, Construction Specialist, was flexible with our schedule and arrived on time. He even stopped to remove our trash can that had fallen in the street. In total, he spent 45 minutes surveying our roof. He provided an inspection report for our buyers in less than 2 hours. Most impressive, there was no charge for the inspection. As a female consumer, I felt comfortable and respected in the transaction with Mr. Harman. Our family will be using this company again in the future. I highly recommend this respectable company for your roofing needs.

They came out shortly after I bought a big deal from them.I was having a problem with ice damming on the backside of my house.Ice was forming, and it was pulling down the gutters so when I saw that, whatever it was 39 dollars or 49 whatever and you got an inception a recommendation and also a roof inspection. They came out they were very responsive. I'll give them A's. They were very professional the guys that came out were professional. They scheduled me quickly they came out when they said they were gonna.They were really punctual, and they were very nice, they were very polished. The problem I ran into is they were kind of on the expensive side.I got a house built in 1916 so when somebody comes out and say oh well you're losing heat, you're losing energy and the reason you got this ice damming problem is that when they built this house it wasn't insulated and you're gonna have that ice damming problem. I understand all that. I'm 65 years old telling me that I'm not 25 anymore...Yeah, I know!It is what it is, and I am what I am.I wanted something done with the ice damming so it wouldn't pull my gutters down, which has happened before. They came in with an expensive solution and I thought, man you can buy that electrical tape in stores and you can buy it for less than $100!It doesn't look hard to put it on, and you don't need any tools. They quoted me something like 2000 dollars to do that or 1800 and I was like d@#!Maybe it wasn't that much maybe it was a thousand but it was a lot more than I expected.I figured it would maybe $300.I wanted some heat tape put up there to keep the ice from building up and pulling the gutters off during the winter.I ended up just hiring somebody to do it, and it didn't cost that much at all. I probably ended up in the hole for 100 dollars for the whole job.

I thought they were excellent. My guy was Jaime Miller and he couldn't have been better. They were very helpful. I loved them. The price was reasonable for everything I had done. I would use them again. There were 5-6 people that came to do the job. I can't say enough about the guy that was in charge of the job. They got it done in a timely manner. They left the area extremely clean. They cleaned up really well. The guy that came and talked to me filled me in on everything that was going to happen, and it did happen, and as they were here he filled me in on what they were doing. My contact guy was filling me in all the way along. These people were an "A"+. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and reasonable. They did a great job. I met them at the home show in Indianapolis.

The work was first class and the sales person was perfessional and courteous. The entire job was done flawlessly and I would highly recommend their services for any project you're considering. Luke Gilbert was our sales person and was just all over the project and comes highly recommended. The company was very professional and cared for our happiness with the overall outcome of the project! Hire Cochran and you won't be sorry!

It went extremely well. Cochran Project Manager, Luke Gilbert, did an excellent job of guiding the project. He was responsive, helpful and professional. The crew was polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving the job site. The quality of the work completed was excellent and we are very happy with the results!

It was painless. Their salesman (Terry Keasey) was knowledgeable and was available when needed. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that we get what was needed to complete the job properly. I also liked that there was no talk of cutting corners just to save a buck. If you want a quality roof installed by quality roofers, with some of the best products on the market, go with Cochrane.

Terry was fast, knowledgeable and met the adjuster at the home in the rain to get the job done!

Cochran Exteriors was absolutely wonderful! They came out to fix my roof after some heavy storms had blown away patches of shingles. They were very punctual, fair/reasonable with the estimate, professional, and provided excellent work! I will absolutely call them in the future! A++

Found area that looked suspicious and caulked it.

I elected to use a different contractor.

Service man only checked the roof and provided quote which was very late but never performed the roof tune up service. When I asked today to perform that he said this in email "I can caulk any exposed nails heads or flashing where needed which part of the roof tune up".

They checked out what they could because of safety reasons, and said they would return. They quoted me $250 to cover an area where one shingle is missing. That was a week ago, and they have not communicated with me since.

It went very well. I contacted them through Angie's List and they responded immediately to get the process going. A member of their team contacted me shortly after to set up a time to come check out my roof. They were there within a couple of days. They did a thorough inspection of my roof and determined that the best course of action for the time being would be to seal around all my the pipe collars. I know that I will need a new roof within the next few years and these guys will be my first call. Great service all around.

Contacted me promptly & came out to do requested check. Took awhile to get estimate on repair. Emailed estimate was not clear on what was being replaced and it took multiple tries to clarify. I felt price quoted was too high for the amount of work to be completed.
