Description of Work: I can't get them to respond. I asked to set an appointment to discuss replacing a window sill within the parameters of the deal I purchased, and they came by when I was not home and left a bid for a whole new window - nothing about the sill. I sent an e-mail asking about just the sill, and have not heard back.

Description of Work: Scott came out. He was right on time, extremely professional, yet friendly! I'd purchased the 49.00 big deal. What a GREAT deal it was. Scott came into the house spotted the leak, then went on the roof and fixed the problem with a sealant. He also fixed a loose shingle or two and didn't charge me one extra dime! Turns out it was a minor problem, but it was a big headache for me to see water on my kitchen floor every time it rained. We are expecting more rain today, so this will be a great opportunity to see if the work he did fixed the issue. I was very impressed with Scott's professional demeanor, so I would highly recommend him and I will use him again.

Description of Work: Can't remember the exact date or the cost but the cost was very reasonable. I had a leak in the corner of the bedroom. When he got up on the roof, he found that several tiles were not completely nailed down so he nailed them down. He then found some of the masonry around the base of the chimney needed to be repaired so he did that. I have a bedford stone house. He noticed that one of the blocks was loose so he caulked that. I was completely satisfied with the workmanshp.

Description of Work: They performed a pre-winter roof check and clearing of debris. They resealed around the the skylight on their own initiative and ensured that eves and drains were clear. Overall performed well at a B+ level. Only reason they were not an "A" rated firm is their coming when I was not here (I wanted to be here when they performed the work).

Description of Work: Although the contractor was polite & on time, total time spent was about 30 minutes, doing very little work for the price. I guess that fact he inspected the roof for maintenance concerns and found none should leave me with confidence I'm in good shape. (1) OVERPRICED! If priced at $49 it would have been a decent value. (2) Also it would have been nice to have received a written report of the inspection & work accomplished. If (1) & (2) would have been accomplished my rating would have gone to "A" instead of "C".

Description of Work: They inspected the roof. They told me I needed a new roof. What I didn't like is that they did not offer to go in the attic and look for leaks. Because they did not offer to do any minor repairs (they didn't recommend any), the $100 I have towards repairs, will go unspent. They just told me I need a new roof for 9 - 10K. So, I'm not sure it was worth $50. I got an estimate that might have otherwise been free w/someone else (in fact another company did come and inspect the roof, and offered to go in the attic - although they said they would come back and do that). And I didn't pay anything for this look-see/estimate.
