HE WAS VERY PROMPT, HE MET ME WHERE I WANTED TO MEET. THE FIRST MEETING TOOK PLACE IN MY OFFICE, THE SECOND MEETING, WAS AT LUCA'S PIZZA IN THE GLENDALE MALL. THE CLOSER CAME TO MY LOCATION TO FINISH THE DEAL AND HE CALLED BEFORE COMING. IT WAS A VERY EASY AND HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE. I WAS VERY PLEASED. I ALSO GOT AN INTEREST RATE THAT WAS ALMOST 3% LOWER THAN MY PREVIOUS RATE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THEM.
