I bought my house three years ago as a new construction with the basement unfinished. The CMH team just finished the basement. I am absolutely satisfied with their high quality work. One won't be able to tell that it was done separately from the builder - it exactly matches the builder's quality. They also provide 2-year mechanics warranty, giving me a peace of mind. I am so glad that I made the right decision to choose CMH for my basement project at the beginning. This team is very professional. They price everything right and they do everything right. The manager Mike Gettinger planned the project so well that things moved on seamlessly. The workers not only did the high quality work, they are also very friendly, always willing to take my questions. To me this has to be the company culture. I had a great experience with CMH and I highly recommend CMH to people who need basement finishing.

CMH came to New Pal to finish our basement, and did an excellent job. They were very professional and carefully hand picks their team to work on your project. They were very courteous and respectful of our time and our home, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns. They let us know what to expect in advance and everything flowed smoothly from there. They also did a beautiful job on our bar with custom stone and wood work. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to have their basement finished.

CMH did a great job on finishing our 800 sq ft basement (including 1/2 bath addition). Everyone was friendly and professional. Work was performed on schedule and sometimes faster than anticipated. When there were minor issues, the project manager worked with us to get it resolved ASAP. We are extremely happy with our new finished basement!

CMH Builders, Inc. did an excellent job finishing my basement! From start to completion of the project, they were professional, responsive, prompt and caring. Every person from CMH/their partner companies, was friendly, on-time and took great pride in their work. It gave me a great deal of confidence knowing the people entering my home each day were true "professionals" in every sense of the word. I also had the opportunity to interact with the owner of the company quite a bit during the project. It's clear to see that he deeply values customer feedback and holds his team to high standards. The communication from him and his team was top-notch throughout the entire basement remodel. I was as involved, or has hands-off, as I wanted to be with every step of the way - but I always knew what was going on each week/day. Ultimately, CMH was able to complete my basement remodel ahead of schedule and deliver a new space in my home that is exactly as I had envisioned. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend CMH builders to others!

This company was amazing to work with. From start to finish we couldn't have picked a better company to work with. It started with them coming out to the house to take a look to designing it in their showroom. Then from there, it was easy and we were able to choose which finishes and work with them on any concerns that came up. They were very professional and cleaned up every day they worked. We would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

We used CMH builders for finishing our basement in Fishers. From the offset, it was a very pleasant experience. Not only their cost was very competitive, the quality of the work is excellent. What I really admired about the whole project is that their project manager for our basement project (Nick) went out of his way to get things done. Whoever visits us now, has great things to say about the quality of the basement finish project. I would highly recommend these guys.

This company was great to work with. Easily chose them through Angie's list, received a response quickly, and scheduled a quote for them to come out. The process was so easy and it was great to have a project manager that we could call/text with any questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for your basement remodel.

From the beginning of the project to the end, We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. The greatest thing about our basement project was that we were able to see a 3d rendering of what our finished basement would look like with the changes we have selected. All of the workers were courteous and professional, we got to know some of them as we were seeing a lot of the same faces throughout the project. Our project manager was in constant communication with us and every week we were sent an email of what was going to happen each day of the upcoming week. Any issues or changes that needed to be made, were worked out very easily and in a timely manner. We are ecstatic with our basement! We christened our basement with a Super Bowl party and our friends could not believe how great it looked. I will recommend CMH to anyone looking to finish their basement. Choosing CMH was one of the best choices we have ever made.

Excellent, beyond expectations. This was the first time I had significant remodelling work done on my home. I selected a couple of contractors recommended by Angie’s List. I ended up selecting CMH Builders. From the first meeting with their estimator, Brendon, I had a good feeling. I had worked out my ideas prior to our meeting in my home and discussed them with Brandon. We went through the basement area pointing out my ideas and asking for his recommendations. He came up with great ideas and was well versed in the code requirements. I had developed a budget in my mind and if it could be done I would go with the project. Within two days I received the quote which was slightly below my target. I agreed to do the basement finishing project based upon the price, schedule, and review of past work shown on the CMH Builders website. Upon agreement I met at the CMH office to go over the details and made choices on the materials and colors. CMH at the time had a promotion for a full basement finishing job which offered a credit on the materials (carpet/flooring/paint/lighting, etc.) which I was able to apply to upgrades on these items. A project manager was assigned to my job who gave me daily plans and updates on the work. The project began with the wood studs delivered one day and the walls completely finished within two days. Electrical work was done in two days. Following this, drywall was delivered and the walls erected and finished, drying, and touchup in a week’s time. Painting, carpeting, flooring, and lighting followed. Code inspections were done at the appropriate times with no problems. The speed at which this work was done was amazing and impressive. I was totally impressed with the end result of the project when I saw it. The quality is excellent, the color choices I made with the help of the CHM designer turned out better than expected. The project was done on time just as planned and communication throughout the project was excellent. Those who have visited my home have commented on how nice the project turned out. I highly recommend CMH Builders as your choice for any basement finishing project. They will be my first choice for any more improvements I may make in the future.

Fantastic! CMH was great to work with and did everything they said they were going to do on time and as quoted. All of the contractors and employees that came on site to my house were professional and very knowledgable about my project. In addition, they were conscientious of their work (done very well) and always maintained a clean working environment while on the job. When there were minor issues in completing the project; they proposed acceptable solutions providing us with confidence that they wanted us to be satisfied with our project at the end. I would definitely recommend them for a basement project and would hire them again.

My experience with CMH builders was fantastic from start to finish. They are extremely professional, very good at communicating, and their business process is very efficient to complete projects ahead of schedule at or below budget. The process begins with the creation of your floor plan and 3D interior design. They work with you to get the plan and design that you want at no cost to you unless you decide to do business with them or you can purchase their plan to contract elsewhere. Once you have decided to move forward, you will select the interior furnishings with their interior design team in their showroom. From there you meet your project manager who is your point of contact throughout the process. He/she will manage contractors and sub contractors that do the work in your home, provide weekly status updates and plans for the next week, and make sure that the project is being completed accurately, on time, and at budget. Your project manager is who you can voice any concerns you may have throughout the process and they will take appropriate action to resolve any issues that you may have. Our project manager was Ryan Pruett. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and his genuine caring that we were happy and the quality of work of his company throughout the process was second to none. We were so pleased with the work and effort that Ryan put into our project. Our project was a complete finishing of an 1100 square foot walkout basement. This included full plumbing, electrical, HVAC, adding two bedrooms, two bedroom closets, two exterior bedroom windows, a living room, bar area, full bathroom, storage room, and utility room. I cannot say enough about the quality of work that this company provided. We are thrilled with the results, we would absolutely do business with CMH Builders again in the future, and we would recommend them to anyone in central Indiana that is considering finishing their basement.

We used CMH to finish a living space and full bath in our basement. They were excellent. The estimate we got was detailed, and the virtual plans they did were fantastic. When we sat down with Brandon we could actually see what our space would look like, and then make changes in real time to add features or move walls. It helped so much to budget knowing what items we could remove, add, or save to complete later. And having a showroom there removed the guesswork and shopping we would have to do ourselves. Other estimates we got were not nearly as detailed and there was no way to know where the money was going. Their prices were right in the middle of the three we got, and seeing the pictures on the website and facebook page assured me they weren't going to do a shoddy job. The basement was finished on time, well, actually a few days early! The quality of the construction was probably better than our house, which is a couple of years old. The people doing the work were extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very willing to answer any questions that we had. The construction manager, Adam, was great and always went the extra mile during the project. We couldn't be happier with our new basement!

I want to say I normally don’t write reviews, however this company goes above and beyond through every stage of the process. To start the sales person, designer, and estimator is extremely knowledgeable and relatable. He took my unfinished basement, and created a masterpiece on his computer. He designed everything in detail, and ever included my sports team logos on the walls. Once the start date hit, I knew it was going to go smoothly, I was updated weekly and if any thing changed they let me know. The sub contractors are super nice and always protected my property when they came in and out. They talked to me, asked me how I was doing, and introduced themselves whenever it was someone new. They cleaned up every day and never left a mess. If something I wanted done or changed they would do it and didn’t act like it was an inconvenience. I have recommended this company to 10+ plus people. I could go on and on and on about how amazing they are but give them an opportunity you won’t be disappointed. My basement gets compliments all the time and turned out amazing.

Hats off to Craig and his team at CMH. From the transparency and detail of the proposal / sales process ( Brandon ), the creative and design process ( Leah ) and the amazing attention to the daily project process and detail ( Jared ), we couldn’t have asked for a better team. All of these folks were patient, professional and extremely responsive to our needs. We were really impressed with all of the in house crews that CMH employs especially the framers, electricians, plumbers, and painter. They do sub out the dry wall work but the dry wall team has worked with CMH for a long time and did an excellent job. The project wrapped up in about 9 weeks as they completely finished around 1,000 sq of space including a full bath, media area ( with a great treyed ceiling / faux wood beams / ship play wall ), flex room and a pool table area with a great walk up bar. I would highly recommend CMH if you’re looking to finish your basement or do a complete or partial remodel.

From start to finish this process could not have been better! CMH provided my wife and I an amazing experience to get our basement completed! Every step of the process was flawless and we would recommend CMH to anyone! My wife and I loved the ability to pick out finishes of our basement in their show room as well as view the 3D design drawings of our basement in their showroom before we committed to doing business with them. The 3D design is a HUGE benefit that CMH offers IMO as 3 other companies we got quotes with either had hand drawings (basic blue print) or no drawings. When investing money into a large project it is nice to see what the finished product will look like. Finally last but not least, the project manager (we had Teddy) was AMAZING!!!! He was in constant communication via email, text, and phone call. Teddy also remembered that I wanted to move a couch down into the basement before they completed final touch ups on the walls. The morning of touch ups he showed up and asked if he could help me move the couch down....UNREAL customer service!!! CMH has my wife and I's vote of confidence. I am sure you will agree should you choose CMH!

We were very impressed with CMH Builders from the beginning and throughout the entire process. They are a well organized company with great attention to detail and very prompt and responsive. Our project manager pointed out imperfections to his crew each step of the way to be fixed before we even had the chance to find most of them. When we had questions or requested something be modified, they were quick to make the modification or give an explanation on why it needed to be done a certain way. Even after the project was completed and the invoice paid, we asked if they could return to add hinges on the crawlspace access - they didn't hesitate and were prompt in figuring out a good solution and installed something that works great. I am extremely picky, and they surpassed my expectations!
