The outside unit of our heat pump was making an unusual amount of noise during the extended cold weather. Tom came the day after our early-evening phone call and found that a part was vibrating against the frame so he isolated it away from the frame and the sound went back to normal. While he was here, he checked the temperatures and pressures and installed the new filter we had on hand. He has always been prompt, thorough and reliable; an exceptional professional in this field.
