Shane approached me after performing a claim next door who had significant leaking and roof issues.  He was aggressive in getting the sale done and initally sold me on the fact that there would be no deductible and we'd get a "free" roof if we'd sign exclusivity with ClearChoice.  After seeing the estimate and scope of work, I signed off and they quickly completed the roof and gutters in a quality manner after the adjustment was submitted.  Long story short- I did however have to pay the deductible and chalked that up to him being new and me being a bit naive and not having roof work done before.  Overall the crew was great and worked through dark to get it done.  Just be very clear in the communication channels as far as what your deductible covers and doesn't and that you will have to pay it.
