Cleaning by Kris

Kris was prompt and a pleasure to work with. She fast and efficient. I have three big dogs and she has no problem working around them. Kris will be cleaning for me every two weeks She has a very good job.

We absolutely love having Kris' services at our home. She is beyond professional, punctual, trustworthy and cleans our home leaving it spotless each time. She is an excellent communicator and will let you know well in advance of future cleaning dates, or potential scheduling conflicts (this happens rarely). When looking for home cleaning services, we wanted a service that was custom tailored to our needs-Kris provided this. During our initial consultation, we discussed the rooms we wanted to have cleaned every time, and rooms/areas that we could alternate to every other time to fit our lifestyle and how often we use those areas. Kris is very thorough yet is efficient in her cleaning style. There is truly nothing better than coming home from a day at work or a vacation and stepping into your home cleaned by Kris!

Kris has been cleaning our house for about six months now. She is extremely professional and doesn't waste any time. Quality of work is good and she seeks feedback often. I've only had one suggestion for her and she listened and changed the behavior immediately. Although she moves through the house extremely quickly (wish I could clean that fast!), I do not feel that her quality of work suffers - she is simply efficient.

Kris has been cleaning our house for almost a year. She is always prompt and professional. She takes as much time as is needed to clean our house. She brings all of her own equipment and cleaning supplies. She was very receptive to explaining exactly what she uses to clean as our son has sensitive skin that reacts with harsher cleaning products. She has been receptive to adjusting cleaning as we have needed and always gives prompt replies to emails and texts.

For some time I had Kris come clean my home. I was very impressed at first. As time went on I noticed that the quality of the work was declining. I did ask her to do some things for me as I was not at home always when she came, and I left her notes about specific things to do. As the quality of the work declined I noticed that she stayed less and less time. I finally had a breaking point when I noticed that the bathroom she was to clean was not clean, and had not been cleaned for quite some time. This was right before company was to come. I did tell her about this and she did return the amount for one cleaning session. I was paying her $90 for one hour's worth of work. I documented via a method unknown to her, the time she was staying to clean. I do not make $90 nor does my spouse. I felt this was not a sufficient amount of time to do justice to the size home we had. I am not here to put her down. I am stating facts and have photos of the lack of cleaning to show if I need to prove it. Point is, I should not have to. I trusted her and that got broken. Period. Kris is aware of why I discontinues services with her.

I can't say enough about how good our experience has been with Kris. She does a thorough job and checks with us each time to see if there are particular areas we want her to focus on. She is always prompt, pleasant, and provides her own equipment. She cleans our 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and 5 other rooms. Her price is reasonable and she very reliable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality cleaning services.

Kris visited and assessed my home, and we agreed on services and a price. She has cleaned my home bi-weekly ever since. Kris is a fast but thorough and conscientious cleaner. She solicits feedback and is responsive to it. In addition, she is an organized and intelligent small businesswoman. I am fortunate to have her as a house cleaner.

She cleans the following areas: 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, entryway, basement TV room.  Kris is a hard worker.  She is professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with!

Reasonably priced and dependable. However, level of cleaning reflect, low price less thorough than us would have liked.
