It went badly. One of the shades was damages and it took them forever to get it replaced. The owner came by and took the shade and stappled a towel up over the window. After about 6 months the shade finally came in and they refused to come put it on. I finally had to go get the shade myself. Then, later, the floor started coming up at the seems and it snaps and buckles under foot. He gave me the run around on that too. I finally went and told him I was done with his service. I think if the owner had done the work himself it might have been ok, but not his employees, and he needs to follow up more.
