They come on Monday and Thursday to pick up our dry cleaning! We love that. Everything has always been on time and cleaned excellent. Good job.

Overall, they do a decent job. Occasionally we have to send back a shirt where the collar is messed up. In the past, we have received the wrong merchandise, but the company takes that very seriously and seems to have "ironed" that out. We've used this company for 10 years because we've never found a dry cleaner who did a better job. If we accidentally leave valuables or anything in a pocket, it is always returned to us promptly. I highly recommend Classic Cleaners!

I asked for same-day service and it was ready as promised. The counter person was friendly, efficient and the work was done well. I have used this cleaners before and will use it again.

The best thing about this company is that they pick up the items from your home and deliver them. They really do a quality job of dry cleaning also. My husband gets shirts dry cleaned there and he has never had any shirts come back with broken buttons, and that was a problem with some other dry cleaning places.

I am writing to commend Classic Cleaners and in particular Chris, Tom and one of its owners Carl Arnold for their conscientious and sensitive approach to resolving the issues surrounding the theft of my clothes after they were delivered by Classic Cleaners a couple of weeks ago. Although I have been pleased with the service of Classic Cleaners for some 10 years, I am especially impressed with their attention to customer service in my most recent interactions with them. Their sincere desire and efforts to help develop new procedures for them to continue their home delivery service to us in ways that would minimize the chance of another theft of my clothes was quite impressive. I encourage others to try their services.

The driver is always prompt in picking up and returning items. The sleeping bag was returned in a nice zippered bag. Shirts are mostly done well. Once in a while, they have a spot on them and need to be re-done. I will continue to use this service.

They provide weekly pick up and delivery service of dry cleaning. The service is very quick and easy, plus it doesn't cost extra! We have had a few minor problems (broken buttons, incorrectly done items), but nothing serious. It would be nice if they would pay a little more attention to any special requests noted on the order.

We have tried other cleaners who just do not care how they do shirts. Classic Cleaners are terrific. Our test is when the collars are pressed where they are suppose to break, and Classic does them perfectly! They are pricey but it's worth the extra cost to have a shirt one can actually wear.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

THEIR PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS GREAT. OVERALL, I FEEL THEIR QUALITY IS SUPERIOR TO OTHER DRY CLEANERS IN THE AREA. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT YOU PAY FOR BETTER QUALITY. RECENTLY I FEEL THEIR QUALITY HAS SLIPPED A LITTLE, BUT THEY ALWAYS ARE WILLING TO REDO ANY PROBLEMS AT NO CHARGE.

THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE CITY. THEIR NO-CHARGE DELIVERY AND PICKUP SERVICE IS A GREAT TIME SAVER. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST IN THE CITY, BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM WITH ITEMS BEING LOST OR DAMAGED. ONCE OR TWICE WE HAVE REQUESTED AN ITEM BE REDONE FOR A SPOT THAT WAS MISSED-- THEY ALWAYS DO IT AT NO CHARGE AND WITH NO QUESTIONS.

IT IS A GREAT SERVICE! THEY ARE PROBABLY THE BEST DRY CLEANER IN THE CITY. I''VE USED SEVERAL OTHERS, AND THEIR WORK SEEMS TO BE SUPERIOR. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHERS, BUT YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
