My second issues was with a $300 custom shirt that was stained by the cleaner. They argued that the pickup bag caused the spray patterned staining on the shirt when the bag got wet sitting out in the rain, on my porch, under the soffit, waiting for pickup. No other shirts or my wife's dresses were affected. When I brought the shirt to them they said they were going to test it. I called 5 times and visited the cleaners in person twice and never received a call back. I emailed the manager a few times and was asked for a receipt for the shirt. My taylor called the manager and faxed over a receipt. I was asked if I wanted a check or credit for my shirt. From that point on I never received a call back or response to my email and have never received the credit or check. I has a clerk tell me they looked it up in the computer and it was marked as a closed case. I was nice enough to return a real fox fur brim accidentally included with my delivery months later but was still never called by the manager to discuss my shirt.
My third issues is with the quality of the shirt pressing. Half the time I get my shirts I'll have several that have button press marks on the front and back of my shirts. Either they are not lining the shirt up correctly or they are stacking 2-3 shirts in the press at the same time. I have to re-iron the shirt to try to make the button marks less pronounced running down my back but can't get them to go away until after they are laundered.
My Fourth issue is with the policy "Shirt Button Guarantee. Should there be any broken or missing buttons on your laundered shirts, we sew on new ones. In fact, we guarantee that there will be no broken or missing buttons on your laundered shirts you receive back from us, or we will clean three additional shirts for free." The problem is they don't fix buttons. I have had one shirt that my wife has packed for me three times for out of town trips where the button on the sleeve is broken. There are two buttons on the sleeve bet the inside button is too tight for my wrists. To be fair I have never called them about this because I don't have time to complain every time they miss something or do a poor job.
I hope this helps you make a informed choice. I have never had an issue with the delivery drivers. They are always nice when I have met them and they do a great job of hanging my cloths in the garage. They have never missed a pickup or dropoff.

They will hang your clothing or fold it , per your instructions at the time you set up the service. You provide them a credit card to keep on file so that the driver does not have to collect money.
Re: quality of their cleaning: My down comforter had some stains on it that came out nicely. When they returned the comforter, it was in a nice reusable zipper storage bag - not just a flimsy plastic cleaners bag. My sweaters were nicely folded with a paper band surrounding them to keep them folded. Although these sweaters were washable, the yarn is the tape yarn type that unravels sometimes when hand washing, so I chose to dry clean them for gentleness.
Because of their gentle special care to my sweaters, I will likely increase the amount of dry cleaning that I send them. I do feel that dry cleaning, in general, is a bit pricey, but Classic Cleaners makes it worth it.

I had a dress altered for my daughter. The communication wasn't that great ( I had to call them to find out when it would be done), but the work was great! I will definitely use this service in the future.
