As a full-service, locally owned cleaner since 1985, Classic Cleaners understands its discriminating customers’ needs and preferences. How much starch do you like? Do you prefer shirts hung or folded? Sleeves creased? How about sweaters? We’ll hang or fold them. These little details matter to us, and they’re at the fingertips of each of the service associates who serve your cleaning needs. To keep your wardrobe looking and feeling its best, we implement the latest, most effective dry cleaning and laundering technologies, backed by decades of hands-on experience and ongoing training in stain removal and restoration. Our customers’ time is precious. Classic Cleaners’ modern conveniences include 24-hour drop-off at 12 of our 18 locations, and 24-hour pick-up lockers at eight locations. In addition, we offer free home delivery within a wide service area. E-mail messages let you know when your cleaning is ready and inform you of monthly specials. Our Customer Connect interface lets you check your account 24/7 to see where your clothes are in real time and review all charges. Should you ever have an issue with the service or cleaning results you receive, your customer service associate will be happy to help, and executives of the company are also happy to address any issues personally.

The cleaning quality is average. When they damage items, they're prompt in paying for them, but I wouldn't trust irreplaceable items with this company. We use them primarily for pressing bedding and my husband's dress shirts. At times, they make strange choices, such as hanging delicate, small sweaters on hangers.

I have a really nice white down comforter that had developed some yellowing over time from body oils. I brought it here to see what they would recommend. They advised washing it would be best, as opposed to dry cleaning. I took their word for it and couldn't have been happier. They gave me the cost and expected time as to when it would be ready. They called the next day and asked if it would be okay if they bleached it to get rid of the yellowing, I gave them the go ahead. They said it may extend the time from when it would be ready, but I was fine with that. They called 2 days later (3 days before the original expected completion date) and said it was ready. I couldn't believe that it was done that quick. They mentioned it might still have yellowing, but when I went to pick it up it was pretty much back to all white and its' original state. They are friendly and have a new customer. Others can probably do the same job, but I haven't received such good customer service with a dry cleaner, ever.

It is so convenient! I live on top of a hill, and they have walked up the hill to get to me. They are very family friendly, and will wait to come if my baby is sleeping. They are also very good with my dogs. I have only had to send a shirt back on rare occasions, and they were happy to re-iron it at no charge.
