"We believe this is an error. We have never worked on [Member Information Removed] Court or these people. There are a lot of lawn care providers with the name of Clark. Although we appreciate that fact they would rehire us ....we never worked for them."
"We previously serviced this property on a bi-weekly basis. He called us several times this spring and spent over 45 minutes on the phone with [removed member name]. This season he asked to be mowed more frequently, and we reponded that we would do it weekly until the weather heated up. He was very agreeable to that. We serviced him once a week (can't help rain dealys). He specifically asked that he be mowed more frequently than last years bi-weekly schedule, which was all he wanted to spend. He contadicted himself in his own complaint--I'm not sure what his pain really is. When he called to cancel he said he was having a relative mow. We sent hom a closing invoice showing excact service dates and showing all payments made--nothing nasty--no point to that."
"The customer is not one of our regular accounts as she lives in a condominium community and access to the work area was thru her condo unit, which made scheduling reasonably difficult, as her social schedule did not always co-incide with our available working times. She never gave us any indication that she was i n any kind of hurry!"
"Member fails to mention that his yard is unusually steep, and is not quite a "routine" mow! The ruts were in his yard prior to our arrival, as I reviewed the property 2 times before we serviced, because he had another crew doing it. I did not look at the sidewalk for scratches on these 2 visits but when he brought them to our attention I immediately visited the site. The scratches are not exactly fresh and not consistent with the direction my employee moves his machine. If we scratched the sidewalk with one side I would have scalped terribly on the other side and I feel that the scratches, like the ruts, were done by the previous crew that he was not happy with. We use a 36" commercial mower with hydro drive here to minimize tire skids on slopes and the 36" machine does not have enough overhand to scrape the sidewalk as the edge of the machine is in line with the edge of the tires. We do the best we can considering the slopes and the above average amount of rainfall we had been receiving. We have several other clients in the area, and all of them seem very pleased with the services we are providing."
"The member contracted in writing for us to perform several tasks, which were all performed according to generally accepted practices and timing schedules. We responded to her initial call within one day, and began performing agreed to tasks within one week, which was perfectly acceptable to her. The heat and drought conditions played a part in how her property needed to be cared for. She refused to follow minimum care instructions. She had outrageous expectations of how long bed weed control would last. She was not paying her invoices, and upon prompting she decided to play the " I never asked for that" game. After reviewing her written instructions and the clear agreement, and being summoned to court, she finally paid. We feel we did everything we could for her, treating her as we do all of our other 300+ accounts. We feel strongly that the report she gave was inaccurate and false."
"We appreciated the opportunity to help out. We recognize that not all estimates and site visits will result in immediate work, but have always hoped people would remember the good things about us in the future!"
"We appreciate working with the both of you this upcoming season. As always we accept referrals. Cathy, Jim and Jamie Clark"
