I learned of Cory from my daughter and her husband who were satisfied customers.
Cory was able to schedule the work sooner than he originally thought. The day of the job, he was punctual. He noticed a couple of other trees that would be brushing the house in another year and inquired if I would like those trimmed as well. He noticed the front door was not working easily and took time to do maintenance on it. He also renailed and caulked a coupled of boards that were not part of our original agreement.
The work was done at my brother's home. He has respiratory disease. Cory did any drilling that was needed out of doors so the dust would not be in the home. I noticed he laid down a tarp on the stairway carpeting to protect it.
I liked the fact that on the initial review of the work we had in mind, Cory told me there were some repairs we need that went beyond the scope of what he could do. It was great to have someone be honest about the work he could and could not do.
The work was done in a timely, professional manner. The completed work was done well.
I asked him what he was owed and he stated his original quote though he had done a few extra tasks.
I will definitely have Cory do any future work. I have already recommended him to friends.

The job was done promptly and looked great! We were only there a month to appreciate that work, but we have since hired him to complete multiple small projects at our new house. I'll give a review when that work is completed. Further, my in-laws were at our house when Cory completed the initial. They found him to be so professional and affable that they hired him to complete several handyman jobs at their own house. They were also very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Cory to other friends and family. He's honest, professional, and no task seems to small or large for him!
Also, considering how busy he is, his turn around time is about two weeks from initial contact to completed job.
