Worst company I’ve ever used! Chad Seabolt is terrible and very unprofessional, rude and a con.

They did a wonderful job. They created a special custom-made solution for my unique circumstance. Their pricing is very very fair. They work with integrity and take great pride in their work. I wish they  did

plumbing, roofing, general contracting, landscaping, everything because I would most certainly hire them for all of it. I couldn't be more pleased.

His name is Randy, he brings his son now, and we have been using him for thirty plus years.  He is awesome.  He is fair and he is very knowledgeable.  Randy is getting older now but his son his taking over.  Randy has more personality and is more personable.  He is a great guy and a great repair man.  His son is very knowledgeable but he is kind of shy.  He really knows what he is doing but he doesn’t have the sales personality that his dad has.  I really like him though.  They are great.  When I call first thing in the morning, he answers the phone, puts you on his list and he is very fair with his prices.  I wouldn’t use anybody else but him, I hope he hangs in there.  We have known him for so long that he is like family.  If my thermostat isn’t working or something, I give him a call and if I am not here, I will leave the backdoor open and he will come in and fix it.  Then he sends me a bill, that is how he does it and that means a lot.  His wife answers during the day and takes his calls and he will call back.  It means a lot when you have a regular person that can come in when you are gone and that I can trust my house with.  He is great.  His routine servicing for the units is somewhere between $120 and $140.  For the electrostatic filter, I paid for the part and installation charges, which I really can’t remember right now.  He is excellent.  He is trustworthy and he knows what he is doing.  His son is awesome too but he is just quiet but I think he really knows what he is doing.

The service was fine and I actually bought my furnace from him. I have used them a number of times and they are very responsive. They also take care of the heating at the shop I work at. They scheduled my service for the next morning following my call to them; you can't beat that.

It was a long week of 95-100 degree temperatures and our a/c quit.  Circle City came out, checked the 25 year old units, furnace and a/c, and told me they needed to be replaced.  Randy gave me a fair estimate, detailed, promised to order the units and install them when they arrived in two days.  The next day, he called and asked to come to the house and remove the old units which would make installation the next day quicker for us.  He was being compassionate toward my husband who was ill and suffering in the heat.
They did exactly as they  promised.  They showed me how to operate the equipment and how to fill out the 10 year warranty cards to protect my investment.
I like to support a family business and this one makes that easy.  Randy and his son Chad were wonderful to us.  Fair, honest and quick.  What more could we ask?

Very good. Randy had also done work for me at 4723 Atation Blv. He was able to get me heat during the very cold weather. Completed the insulation and new return air ducts on 1/20/2011.

It was excellent because he was very professional. We had some other people out to look at the job and give an estimate and we went with him because he seemed to know what he was talking about. We were very happy with him and we plan to use him again.

Randy, the proprietor, was a real straight-shooter. He was prompt, courteous and neat. When a couple bugs had to be worked out of the programming, he didn't fuss. He just went about the job. By the way, he installed American Standard equipment. Ironically, the high-efficiency furnace rarely has to run thanks to the heat pump. The 14 Seer heat pump was about $1000 more than a comparable air conditioner, and that's the upgrade that made the most difference in our heating bill. Last year, with high gas prices, our heating bill was down more than 50%. FYI - another company that bid on the job (not Circle City) touted an electricity discount offered by IPL for heat pump users. That discount is more theoretical than real. We didn't use enough electricity to qualify for the discount.

The company is small and informal, but they do conscientious work. They beat the next lowest price by over $1000.00 on comparable or better equipment. Minor negatives: they did not have complete information on manufacturer financing and rebate programs, and they did not have complete information on IPL heat pump rebates & discounts.

WE HAVE USED HIM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WHEN WE FIRST MOVED INTO OUR HOME, WE HAD A HARD TIME FINDING SOMEONE TO WORK ON OUR HEAT PUMP. THERE WERE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE HEATING SYSTEM WHEN WE MOVED IN. HE WAS ABLE TO HELP US AND GET OUR HOUSE WARMING LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN OVER 20 YEARS.

RANDY PROVIDED THE BEST PRICE FOR THE NEW EQUIPMENT. RANDY AND HIS SON REMOVED THE OLD EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLED THE NEW, AND ADDED A NEW DAMPER TO THE FURNACE DUCT-WORK. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND THE AREA WAS LEFT CLEANER THAN BEFORE THEY ARRIVED. I WAS ABLE TO GET A HIGHER EFFICIENCY FURNACE TOP RATED SYSTEM FOR $1000 LESS THAN 2 OTHER ESTIMATES.
